Disappointed with DHL's shipment routing services. My passport and identity documents were being mailed into the country.
The original mailing address was covered up and replaced without my knowledge in the Atlanta DHL hub, then delivered to a service point over 18 hours away from where I live.
DHL refused to properly coordinate with me over the phone and could not connect me with the hub where the package was at. Only after reporting the issue to the passport office did I see any action take place. I will not be so quick to trust DHL in the future.

I say 0 STARS .Don't work for them they fire ppl for no reason. Want proof? I have about 5 people within a week. HR Phil and Joe lie about termination reasons, and to other HR about why they fire certain employees. They also will tell you you're an average worker when you do more than the people that are considered the "best" BE CAREFUL WHOOOO YOU WORK FOR. DHL ISNT WORTH IT

Have wedding clothes for Saturday. Should have delivered on Thursday and then Friday but to no avail. Called so I can pick it and was told that it won't be possible. Frustrating!!
