I was in the shoe department for 30 minutes, waiting to get helped. Both employees working in the nearly empty department kept helping Customers that showed up after me. Continuing to walk past me as if I wasn’t there. Class act.

Very satisfied with the service I received at open on 1/9. Wasn’t able to get the younger gentleman’s name that helped me on the 3rd floor with an odd inner-tube item I found online, but he was able to locate it in the back and got me on my way!

We came in to get a new bike for my son for his birthday. Ken in the bike section was SUPER HELPFUL and helped us not only get a new bike that fit my son perfectly but also get our other bikes back into shape.

Went there today for soccer equipment. Found everything I needed. Everybody on the floor was very helpful and went above and beyond in finding everything I needed. The cashier was very nice and helped us with our replacement plan on some of the stuff purchased. Excellent service! Thank you.
