Check your curb-side purchases before driving off. I bought tennis string and the package was opened and the string was wrapped with electrical tape. It was also missing half the string.

I have been to this location twice in the past two weeks. Once to shop and the second time to exchange a shirt. Each time my retail expectations were exceeded. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s a big store, and I interacted with a number of employees on each occasion. And was acknowledged and helped by each one. Thank you. And I look forward to shopping at your location again.

Gwen the manger there is very rude she talks to you any kind of way the service was really bad she talks about you to other employees but can’t say it to your face she’s very rude I will never come to that store ever again she picks in choose on people and that is bad management I will be contacting corporate to tell on her and her attitude on my behalf I also told other managers to they didn’t seem to care GWEN is very horrible she’s not a good manager at all she don’t know how to talk to people and it’s beyond inappropriate!

Consistently good customer service. Always someone at the door to greet you and point you in the direction. I went in with my toddler today and Kobe (shoe department on the second floor) helped me try on a few pair of shoes while connecting with my son. Friendly smile, high fives and super patient. Very knowledgeable with their shoe inventory and helped me evaluate the various options.

I am Women. I tried on shoes at Buckhead Georgia and the color was not available, so I ordered shoes online using the computer in the store as instructed by the staff. After hour I checked the order email, it was men's shoes. I called customer service and the store to cancel or change it to a women's version, but they said they couldn't do it. I was told that I would have to wait for the item to arrive and then take it to the store and return it. Why should I be held responsible for all the mistakes of store employees?

All brand names and prices to go. Very few deals. Expensive no black Friday.Good merch selection updated colors and styles.Escalators and elevators are out of service, so you have to walk up the escalator.

We came to this Dick’s today to get the new Project Rock sneakers, and we were not disappointed. We had asked an associate to help us and find shoes but were left unattended, and then George came to help! George was awesome in finding us 2 pairs of shoes, making sure they were the proper fit and right size, very sociable and kind, and he truly made the experience that much better! When George went to the back to find our sneakers, my fiancé turned to me and said that it was people like him who make the trip worth it (since we drove pretty far) because he was just so kind and down to earth in helping us! George told us that there was a survey at the bottom of our receipt and I could not find it nor was the feedback section on the Dick’s website working, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!! Thank you George!!

I went during my lunch break to exchange a pair of Hokas for the same Hoka but a different color bc my son got the wrong color. I did not have receipt but it should have been an even swap. The Mgr said bc I didn't have receipt the price would be different...it was a $31 difference.. on a pair of $165 shoes... seriously?!! Just bc I didn't have the receipt... not happy with the son or this store.. shoes are the same price online

Terrible customer service... Called there and the first thing I ask the greeter was hello how are you doing he was so rude and just said hey what's your question. I said how are you doing and he said yeah I heard you so what is your question. I said damn you have no manners at all. Then I ask if they had something in stock and he said I need to transfer you to that department I said thank god because I can see you are going to be rude and of no help!! Customer service has gone to crap

Great consistent customer experience. Usually well-stocked, no long wait times to checkout, all the associates are welcoming. Employees seems to like their jobs.
