Sales staff very rude almost ran me over with a cart. Nobody comes up to me and asked if I need any help. Clothing in disarray. Check outline terribly slow and long. If I go to Dick's It might be the one on the Barrett Parkway

My daughter and I visited the store looking for a particular brand and style of shoe. The young ladies in the shoe department were extremely helpful and she was able to find a couple choices that worked for her. Once we got to the register, we realized there were a couple additional questions we had about other products and Andre was the absolute best! He was knowledgeable, professional and very nice! The type of customer service Andre provided will keep us shopping at this location. You need 20 more employees like him!

They have a pretty good selection of items that are exclusive to them, and they offer curbside pickup starting an hour before the store opens - which is huge, since that area gets pretty hectic during peak shopping hours.

Timothy was very rude during checkout. Did not say two words. Receipt was thrown in the bag. Not a pleasant experience. Will think twice before visiting this location again.

Your manager Michelle went to get shoe sizes for me and I waited 20 minutes. She gave me the wrong size and I let her know but she then proceeded to roll her eyes and sigh. Waited 30 more minutes for her and when I told her I was just leaving she cussed me and yelled at me for being impatient.

They need to get rid of Tanesha. She is not helpful at all, not friendly at all.. just ghetto. I’m not sure if she’s the manager but if she is she needs to take classes on customer service. She always has an attitude when checking people out. You get paid to do this, if you don’t like customer service go somewhere else. Just making the customer’s experience bad.

I know it's a large store I'll start with this but, although employees are super helpful it would be nice if they were more knowledgeable about their store layout and if corporate and the merchandising team move things. I came in to find some closed toe sandals for my kids I saw online and just wanted to come in since that would be faster than shipping. The two employees I talked to had no idea what I was talking about even after showing them the shoes online with it showing that they were the only store in 150 miles to have them and them trying to look them up on their handheld devices. I thanked them and was about to leave but decided to walk around. The shoes in question were right beside the checkout line. Bryce checked me out he was nice like the others.

Place was not welcoming! They were very low on stock, barely anything to choose from! Not helpful at all! Young employee in the back walked around with his earpiece in his ear , and made me and my son choose the type of shoe we wanted on the tablet instead of helping us!! I will not be visiting this store again!! Highly disappointed!!
