A wonderful store. What we specifically liked in this store was their exceptionally good customer service. Whichever section you go to, one of their sales representative would come up and ask for any help, if required.
Their discount sales were very attractive, offering up to sixty five percent discount on certain items.
The store is spacious, with nice displays, and is immaculately maintained,

Yolanda in the fragrance department is a jewel! She assisted me with my aunt's birthday gift. I purchased the Miss Dior fragrance gift set as well as a Brahmin wallet to go with her handbag I had recently purchased, and she loved it. Yolanda wrapped the gift beautifully. I also purchased the Jimmy Choo set for myself. Thanks, Yolanda, for your assistance. I will be seeing you again soon! 💞

I was at this location, 1/26/25 @ 3:00pm, in the shoe department shopping. There was two employees that were on their telephones the entire 30 minutes i was there. One young lady was sitting on top of the chair looking down on her telephone. There were other customers shopping as well, she did not get up to address them, never looked up from her phone one second. The male employee did not approach the customer's either, he was looking at his phone also. I asked him to check for my size shoes for a couple of pairs, he seemed hesitant to do so. Frankly, I don't believe that he really did, returning too quickly. I purchased a pair of shoes that was on sale for $66.00. When he rung them up, my total was $119.00. I then told the sale price is $66.00, he then rung up the corrected price. I asked him what was the reason he charged me $119, he said bar code was incorrect, which were the same code on the shoes. I asked him if the young lady sitting on top of the furniture were an employee, he said yes. I asked him why was she sitting on the furniture, on her phone not assisting the customers, he just said he did not know. I've never witness this kind of unprofessionalism. Where is management? Why are these employee's allowed to be on their cell phones on the floor? These too are not assisting customers whatsoever, this is why they were hired!
