Had a great visit to this Dillard's recently. Jose Vadell provided excellent customer service. He helped me select suits by pointing out the size difference in the European vs. American sizes. Overall, he was very knowledgeable.

The company return policy for holidays is not the same as other retail companies you only have 30 days which is not convenient when they already don’t have a lot of stores locally. I had to come out of town from Alabama to Georgia to return an item that I bought over the Christmas holidays on vacation to be told I could get a full refund only a gift card because it was past 30 days. I had my purchase receipt and item was in full unused conditions. I can see why they don’t have a lot of stores everywhere because the return policy sucks. I will be gifting the gift card and not shopping here again due to this inconvenience.

Zero stars if I could. Woman’s department worker and manager were telling me the dress I was returning was tampered with or had a tag that was never there. It was sent to me in new condition and I brought it back in new condition. She tried to tell me I should have brought it back sooner since I didn’t want it, it was maybe 5 days after I got the dress and I work everyday came on my day off. Super rude with the encounter…

I’m not sure where to begin.
I was shopping in the men’s department, in multiple areas. I had merchandise from each area.
An elderly man named Marko told me I HAD to process my sale with him, even though he didn’t really help me pick out the shirts and ties, as he was sitting down nearby.
A woman named Violet also insisted that I ring out with her as, and I quote, “I give the best customer service.” If pushy is the best, then she is the best.
Then, a guy named Keith came over very quickly (he had been watching me the entire time; I felt stalked) and said that the “Murano” items I was buying HAD to be purchased from him, as he was on commission.
I’d had enough. These three then started fighting amongst themselves and said things that shouldn’t be said, especially in front of a paying customer. They called a “manager” named Christian but I didn’t wait for him to show up. (He never did.)
I took everything and checked out with a young lady (Esra). She was lovely but seemed concerned that there would be repercussions and/or retaliation from her coworkers.
I certainly hope that wasn’t the case. Keep her. The other three should be reprimanded, probably terminated.
