This dollar general never accept cash such a inconvenience

Well I guess you can’t be on hard times and shop at this location. Already bummed my car isn’t working, me and my mother decided to walk to the store, which is about a mile one way. I explained to the male cashier I had to pay three ways. Limited on ebt, cash, money on my card he said no problem. He took the cash first and proceeded with the ebt, the computer froze and he asked for assistance as the other cashier(Victoria) came up she first said it can be done he had to hit card, he did and explain he did that already. She grew agitated as the male cashier went to help other customers that were behind us. He explained how to make it work and she got upset thinking her draw would be short but it wouldn’t as he explained. So we are finally checking out and her frustration is evident and after the transaction Victoria blurts out loud “if they paying with EBT they need to tell you first” which intel we did do that but the fact she blurted out loud my business as if she was trying to embarrass me for using the funds I had available wasn’t right. And even when I’m back on my feet I will never then or now shop at this location because of Victoria the cashier who doesn’t want to have empathy for the poor.

Love this place ,it's clean,and the customer service is GREAT 😃 .NOW ITS DG MARKET I LOVE OT EVEN MORE ,no more going down the street small items ,or even for fruit ,veggies,even meat and it's pretty ,and they have potatoes,onions , bananas and etc .I am very grateful and thankful for what they have done , because some people do want to eat healthier,we don't always want junk food ,plus it's not good for you (us)anyway 😀 SO THANKS DOLLAR GENERAL!!!!!!

Like why is the store closed before closing time smh.. So sick of dollar general in these areas and it's only In the black neighborhoods that we deal with this nonsense.

IS IT AGAINST POLICY TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN A CUSTOMER IS TRYING TO CALL THE STORE ITS RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL CORPORATE YOU NEED TO GET THAT CORRECTED BECAUSE I HAVE CALLED 8 AND THEY DONT ANSWER LIKE SERIOUSLY?

I was literally just up there and turned around and told the store was closed with a hand written sign and someone standing at the door. As I was driving away I saw the same person standing at the door letting other ppl in. Don’t know what was going on but it was unacceptable. When there are no holiday hours posted.

All I can say is it’s the area this store in go anywhere where else for better service they never have enough help or the store is never stocked you can never get cash back in case of a emergency the workers be all over the place and truth be told everyone that rents and own properties near buy is paying over $1400 in rent and can’t even had a descent store or at least some what descent to shop

Management and staff is horrible here. The assistant manager has a very bad attitude and no customer service skills.

Every time you go here and expect to find something, there's a 75-25 chance that it won't be in stock. It ends up being a wasted trip, more often than not. It's to a point that I've stopped visiting this location at all and would prefer a store that's managed better like a Walmart or Dollar Tree.
