This is a public announcement they don’t have and shopping carts so I bought my own. I walk around the store for about 25 minutes I get to the front t store young cashier told me that I shouldn’t leave my shopping bag up front he thought I was stealing items . I told them they don’t have 🤬in here to steal the little items I had I told them they put that 🤬 back and walk out the store.

It was the worst DG I have ever been to in my life. The cashier was playing Mystical so loud you could hear it in the back of the store. Small children were in there, and the lyrics were so explicit, like really. I picked up two things one was a roblox card. I gave it to the old lady to ring up, and she said I can't load cards. I'm like, there's no need to load the card. Just ring it up. It's already priced. You don't have to punch no numbers in its value is set at $ 50 already. It's not a loadable or reloadable card. But she had 0 comprehensive skills. I just laughed and said okay lil baby. SMH someone please come save this store. Mind you several people were stealing out the store, and 0 cares were given, I even believed she was assisting, but hey, do you, old lady.

Just left. They have a women in there doing it all by herself. She's working two registers, greeted me when I came in and was watching some suspect customers. Give her a raise! I asked her, har name....Shantay🔥

Came to this store about twenty minutes ago to get a return and the "manager" was so straight up rude.She refused to give me a return because my receipt is on my phone and she said that I needed a paper receipt because my order was an online order I tried to explain to her that my receipt was digital and she said that the store doesn't allow returns without the paper receipt.She was very nasty disrespectful and just rude when I asked her to just scan the digital barcode and she straight up withouthesitation said no and that she wasn't gonna even try.So I called corporate no thanks to her because she gave me a bogus number had to find the number on my own.I called they said that Mr.LEWIS the District manager will be in touch within me within 24 hrs. so I will see.She has since locked the doors to the store and people have been coming and the doors are still locked as I am typing this from the parking lot of this store.I suggest the cameras be rewinded to see just how many customers came and just how much revenue you have lost in this short amount of time a lot.So unprofessional.

The absolutely worst most GHETTO dollar general I have ever been to in my entire life not one once of professionalism the gm rude and the assistant manager even worst I would never shop there ever again these people need to be re trained or fired ....if I could I would give this place negative stars just horrible management.

Came to shop as well as several other customers and was not able to come inside the store . There was no sign on door or anything stating the reason why they were closed when another customer decided to asked why we could not come in they stated that they where putting up truck but there was not a truck on site . There were also two male employees inside of the store one who had dreads that was standing at the front door forcefully pushing a customer out the door as he was trying to make entrance in the store who was not aware of the store being closed . I even waited a whole hour in the cold outside to wait for the store to reopened and still unable to come in. This is flat out unacceptable as a customer who always shops and support dollar general all of the time .

Might have been a stock day but it seemed like there was a lot of things that needed to be put away. The cashier was really friendly and was able to handle the flow of people. All in all, it wasn't a bad place to shop, everything I went for I was able to buy.

So this will be my go-to store for here on out when I need to grab a couple things because the new manager Queen is awesome she's very friendly and welcoming and she said she's going to turn that store around and I believe she's going to do a good job and I was so comfortable there.I would suggest checking it out for yourself because it's definitely not like it used to be and I will definitely be going back.

Store Manager Ms.D’sanai Has A Great PersonalityCame Inside Store , Smelt good , parking lot clean . Easy to push buckets around store .Her team has very strong personalities and made sure I was took care of .
