I’m from kennesaw but work down in the area and this is by far my favorite DG to come to. It’s so clean and Miss Joyce is always SO sweet when I come in to shop! I typically have a full cart and she’s so patient every single time.

Wish I could give it ZERO stars. I thought I would never go back after a horrible experience about 3 years ago but decided to try again about a month ago because it was close to home and I was short on time. The entire time I was shopping the store manager was engaged in a loud conversation with a visitor about personal relationships. At the end of my purchase/visit, I thanked the manager that some things were much better than the last time but also hoped there could be more improvement. The entire time I was stared at with a sour expression and then she told me the reasons why there were problems, blaming corporate and customers. Then the visitor she was talking to began to interrogate me like a criminal about why I felt unsafe there. I reiterated that it was because I literally couldn't walk down an isle without worrying about tripping over stuff and, as I said, was better, which I appreciated. The manager kept silent, and they both made sure I left there feeling very unwelcomed, so I will do my best never to go back there!!

Really bad attention of a young guy there. It looks like the Manager. But He's not doing a good customer service, not nice person. And the bags can be tear because when this guy packed the things he put too much and heavy in one bag. Dolar General needs to change those person.

Very rude lady there. Walked in and theres absolutely no one at the counter. Then when i went looking for someone she was like… ohh why did you say hello instead of asking for me to help ??♂️ She talking about how tired she is. Stinky stinky attitude hell of a human being ??? Stay away people!!

On Sunday, May 18, 2023, I and my 2 children went to that store. There was only one bitter red-haired brunette. We only went for some balls but we had bad experiences. The brunette had already scanned the first ball but when she saw that my son dropped the ball. ball became angry and told me that she couldn't sell me the ball because there was an error in the system but I don't understand why the 2 balls were the same, they had the same price, for my part I will never return to that store

This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere, there’s no sense of assistance, the staff and clerks are quick to brush you off; on top of this, they demand, not ask, that you get your items out of your basket. Corporate should step in and address the individuals hired to help run their operations because they’re running their customers away.
