The three stars is because of the selection of items in the store. The customer service is...where am I? In someone's living room or at a store? You know it's bad when you feel like you're bothering the sales associate when asking a question. It's always this way. The last time I was in the store a very nonchalant young man that was cashiering was also entertaining himself by playing music really loud on his cell phone. I thought it was a customer but nope. It felt like I was at a party. His whole demeanor gave "I don't really want to be here and I don't care that you're here so let's get on with it."

I was given the nickname, "The Fab Diva on a Dime" for a reason. Because ya girl loves a deal! So you knowww that I love myself Dollar Tree! Since the dawn of time, I've been loving Dollar Tree and all of its wonders. As a lover of DIY and projects, I always pop in to grab little pieces of my idea. Whether its cute Santa mugs for my annual hot chocolate cart, movie theater style candy for my movie cart (why do I have so many carts? lol), or just items such as tape or scissors! Now, this $1.25 price change is extremely foolish and I want them to do better. But, life goes on.This location is... okay. :D I will say that they are always well-stocked! Tucked into a busy plaza, it's not the prettiest location but that goes into a bigger conversation that has nothing to do with this review. There's ample parking since it's next door to a Kroger, so you'll never run out of spots to park before you head in. Expect that you may run into some solicitation on your way to the door, but, it happens! The store is usually busy but not too crazy unless it's a holiday, so it's great to walk in and not be cramped up. The aisle are a bit tight and sometimes cluttered, but nothing crazy that I haven't seen before. It works! I do always try to hype up great customer service when I receive it but sadly, I haven't experienced too much of that at this location. No terrible interactions, but it ain't Publix, lol! I recently went in to exchange some items when I overbought for a charitable event and seriously didn't need all of them. So of course, I want to return them or exchange them! Being a Dollar Tree superfan, I know that you can exchange/return an item just like any other store, I'm not new there lol. So when I received eye rolls and heavy frustration from the more senior employee when I requested the exchange, I stuck my ground despite the energy being tossed out. I felt bad for the younger employee who ended up checking me out, as that same employee literally stood over her shoulder fussing at her and telling her she was wrong. Like, I just came here to spend my lil dollar! LolBut either way, I'm sure I'll be back since they are in the neighborhood but I will stop expecting Target vibes at Dollar Tree. :)

I love my Dollar tree on metropolitan in Cleveland avenue but they need to send more supplies to that store like they do the others amen.

It's hit-or-miss finding what you want and there is usually a long line at the checkout. It's even worse now with the supply chain problems.Time hasn't really improved it.

I was shopping here this afternoon the experience was awful when I came to the store a employee threaten a customer while shopping it was very scary this employee threaten to kill a young lady today I am afraid to shop here in the future. I hope someone evaluate there employees because this shouldn’t never happen. All the workers was teaming up together with taking this young lady out verbally and almost physically but this one in particular worker has pink and purple braids with beads she threaten this lady life today jump and running all around trying attack her this is sad. Need better worker at this location.

Plenty of products! Wonderful rep at the register. I forgot one of my large items and she kept it aside for me. So excited! Glad to see the shelves full of Spring items and lots of books.
