I've never had high expectations from the Dollar tree. However, this place is a mess. Littered to the brim with chaos. Uncontrollable children running around without supervision. When you can't figure out where a couple of items are, you know it's time for you to go.

There was no 0 to rate so it gets a 1.Dollar trees are notorious for being in shambles.It’s like they don’t have the care, time, or staff to actually create a shopping space for customers.This particular store also have staff, managers, who disregard company policy due to their own personal feelings and capacity to do a job.Manager on duty, Anita, refused to accept an item for exchange because she did not feel like having that item in the store as she had just sent the items back the day prior. She refused to assist me with resolving my needs and seemed to rush me out of the store by cutting me off as I spoke and not listening to my questions or concerns to provide any guidance or clarity.She did not give off any essence of being professional in the least.While everyone deserves to have a job to take care of their families and home, yet not everyone deserves to be in customer facing roles if they don’t possess the skills, knowledge, or abilities to help the customers.Dollar tree seems to consistently just put bodies in the store and not provide them with enough supports or training and development to actually allow this place to be a pleasant shopping experience.

I never write reviews but guys... PLEASE GO TO A ALTERNATIVE DOLLAR TREE. This is usually always my go to dollar tree store that I go to, until they started to have VERY low stock, the shelves kept getting emptier and emptier as the months went by, now they are now almost completely EMPTY in the hygiene Isles and other areas. It's been like this for months. I literally took a two week trip to Tennessee, came back hoping that they had a restock by now. As before, place is filthy, and shelves are still empty. This time I took a break from the store and came back 2 months later, shelves are even MORE empty its gotten to the point where you walk down the Isles and its only 10 items throughout the whole aisle and place is still filthy. I don't know what's going on but the owner and management needs to be notified immediately!!!!

What happened. Store is dirty, NASTY,SHELVES DISGUSTING unorganized and almost EMPTY Different crew every other week. Customer service back to zero . Seems like the truck has missed WEEKS of stock. The new manager started off great and now?????? This store is a waste of time. Lines always longer and one cashier . Workers not in uniforms stocking please wear green shirts so we know who to ask for assistance. Then again they don't have it anyhow. Boxes of food sticking to freezer/ cooler. Pizza to be exact .DEEP CLEAN

Popped into here for fun and was happy to find it filled with lots to pick from including arts and craft items, frozen and pantry food, office supplies, and snacks! Its still hard to believe that the items are no longer only a $1, thanks to inflation. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and ended up coming out with much more than expected. The cashier was super nice and bubbly so I will definitely be coming again.

When I say this store is ALWAYS filthy it really is and I don’t understand why corporate allows this. This store is super close to my location which is the only reason I go when I need something quick. Other than that, if I need to spend more than 10 minutes at Dollar Tree I go to another store. It really is disgusting. I’m a fairly new resident to the city & have only seen this store half decent with the shelves being fully stocked when they did a hiring surge 1 time. Well all those people quit apparently. Regardless of the ongoing mess that we all know Dollar Tree stores to be, it should NOT be like that!
