My visit today was more than pleasant, great customer service skills from one of the cashiers. I walked in the store, looking for a particular item as a teacher, I was only able to find four out of the 14 that I needed. She rang my items up, and asked me if I had a moment she will check the back. Shortly after she came out with a whole box of 3 divided compartment containers, totally made my vision come true!

The store was disorganized and poorly maintained. The cashier was rude, yelling at me when I asked where the bathroom was. It’s difficult to understand how this place is still open, other than its location in a strip mall. The staff was unhelpful and unwilling to assist with locating items. It's clear why the store was empty and struggling with business during my visit.

cashiers and manager are rude . they have a full line of people and one of the cashier has her back turnt eating food while the other os working . i asked the manager for his name he doesn’t wanna give it

If I could give it 0 stars I would!! So yesterday my mother and brother went and purchased 2 hand soaps they had a gift bag which they actually left right with the cashier! I worked at a Dollar store myself. 6+ years back. At the end of our shift we would put away the carts of what people left behind!!! So yesterday they left a gift bag. The cashier gave them a UGLY LOOK not to mention nobody was behind them. She told my brother if he wasn't gone purchase the bag to put it back.... I worked in retail for a while and never have I ever told a customer to put it back where he/she grabbed it from. Like MISS MA'AM that's your job. Great customer service alright ??

The young lady that works here on Sundays is very rude don't greet the customers don't tell you your total she just don't need to work here she's not into interact with people

This is not my favorite Dollar tree however it has a decent amount of items stocked, fairly clean.Shanique, a so called "manager' has to be the most unfriendly person on planet earth. I have seen her be nothing but Nasty to customers whenever I shop here and she displayed her evil towards me but I quickly put her in her place.Treat your customers with a smile and respect!
