Bad experience. I walked into the store with my backpack and the first thing out the cashier's mouth is sir you need to leave your bag up front. I don't trust leaving my bag with someone I don't know. It is not a dollar store policy it's only in black neighborhoods. I don't spend my money with companies that don't treat all of their customers the same.

The registers are comprised of.!! I swiped my card for 7$ and that’s the ONLY place I used my card at Thanksgiving Day and 100$ is gone right after I used it there.
The first register it’s a young girl working the register.

This Dollar Tree location (6055 Old National Hwy) left a terrible taste in my mouth. Arrived at 8:45 pm, a full 15 minutes before closing as advertised online. However, the doors were locked tight!
Instead of a friendly greeting, I was met by a rude young lady named Anisha. Her mother, also lacking a uniform with a bonnet on and seemingly off-duty, joined in and claimed the store was already closed due to being "shorthanded."
As a business owner myself, this explanation is unacceptable. Shortages happen, but altering posted hours without warning is unprofessional. The online listing clearly stated a 9 pm closing.
The blatant disregard for customer service was appalling. Being ushered out before closing is bad enough, but the hostile attitude was the real kicker.
This experience reflects poorly on the entire Dollar Tree brand, especially considering their supposed focus on customer respect. If staffing is an issue, address it internally, not by taking it out on paying customers.
Here's a breakdown of the problems:
False Closing Time: Advertised hours online were misleading.
Rudeness Galore: Both Anisha and her mother displayed unprofessional and dismissive behavior.
Disrespect for Customers: Being ushered out before closing time is unacceptable.
This location needs a serious overhaul in customer service training and adherence to posted hours.
I also will be sending emails this is awful. Those employees are be paid for NOT WORKING!

Terrible service. I walked into this dollar tree at 8:53pm, the young female cashier yelled loudly " we close", I said oh it's 8:53, I am grabbing two things the sign said you guys close at 9:00pm. She said " uh no, we closed". It is unfair that because my area is an urban area, this is the service and treatment. If you look at the comments for this store, you see it has an service problem. Also as I was getting into my car, a lady pulled up. I told her they are saying they are closed, she said this is not the first time they have done this. Corporate needs to look into this immediately. When I live in North GA or even when I live further South GA, this was not the behavior. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED ASAP.

I'm not entirely sure what the deal is with all of these dollar stores around the area. I had visited Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and Dollar General looking for inexpensive toiletries and paper goods, and they were not taken care of, and they literally had product/stock waiting to be put out on the floors and trash in the aisles.
