Came here today 4/25 at 4:00pm….the doors were locked but people were inside. A black man with no name tag or anything on came to unlock the door to let the people out, and said “we are closed, no night manager and slammed the door in our faces. You all need to hire people who are not only courteous but want to work. What he did and how he acted was uncalled for. I will never come to this Dollar Tree again and don’t recommend anyone else to either. They don’t ever have anything stocked, just in boxes in the ground. It’s always a mess and as stated before, the workers are always rude!

I really hope this falls into the right team.This was my first visit at this location and it wasn't a good experience. When I first walked in I saw a beautiful spring windmill and I really wanted it however the young lady she had braids/locs and I belive she was the manager. She was putting up the display and I politely said excuse me may I get one she did not respond so I said excuse me 2 more times and she didn't even look my way. So I went ahead a grab one she then hit the boxes with her hands and stated and never gone get nothing done and mumble thing. That was very rude all I asked may I get one. So because of that I was ready to go. I then get to the register and the young man name theodore name on my receipt was rude to me I had 6 items in the green basket and I'm use to the cashier just take the items from there and ring up and I'm not saying he wrong but it was what he said and did he like swung his hands mind you the basket is by him swung his hands and said you gone empty it and I said I'm sorry I thought it would make it better for you. The store was very nasty it was mess everywhere nothing was organized. Not even thank you for shopping with us.

I walked into this dollar tree with my original receipt from another store.
I was told by a manager and the sales associate they could not return it if it was not purchased at their store.
Please find pictures of the refund policy.
Where does that say that on the policy?
It says they will gladly offer a refund with the original receipt..
They need to remove the policy posted because they are lying.!!!

I don't know why the phone has a busy signal for 30 minutes straight. Makes me think the employees are leaving the phone off the hook or something. And now I just wasted my time going there when I could have gotten my answer if someone picked up the phone

Employees are super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the store is not well stocked. Went for helium balloons (DT has the best prices hands down), but they were out of helium.

I stop by specifically to buy only one item.
Sale's person said she decided to close the store because of her lunch . Time was 7-10 pm.

Me and my family have shopped here for about three months now The best thing about this store is the cashier named Mr.James (older white gentleman) he’s always happy always cracking jokes, and very helpful these three in the photo are talking about being understaffed and underpaid not having enough hours talking really nasty about the manager how she doesn’t know how to manage doesn’t give them anything over 30 hours what are standing around gossiping been very nasty, very unprofessional crumbs in their mouth eating at the cash register. Just disgusting completely gives our race a bad look

If I could give a zero I would. I could look pass the messy disorganized store, but the nasty service I received on Christmas eve I will NEVER visit this location again. I came in to get a birthday bag and a balloon for my nephew. Granted they was busy with last min shoppers and both lines was long the older white gentleman checking people in the lane next to me did it with a smile and a welcoming voice(wish I stood in that line). It's my turn in line... I asked for Ballon 535 the(black guy)Shy mumbled something and I asked him to repeat himself... he said get the balloon you want. I advised I need a balloon blown up. He got snappy stating "if it ain't blown up we don't have it". I stated so you can't check before you say you don't have something, sorry you had to work today. He got a full attitude walked over to the balloon drawer snatched open the WRONG drawer # talking about "see, look we don't have that balloon"(in a manner as if he was talking to a child and proving a point) you asked for 534. I said no I asked for balloon 535. When he opened that drawer it was full with the balloon I was looking for. Since he looked stupid because the balloon WAS in stock, he proceeded to say that's NOT his job to blow up balloons It's the CASHIER job and he's NOT a cashier. The whole attitude Shy gave was so unnecessary like Dollar Tree is paying me to spend money there. If you don't like your job, find another, because telling a customer what's NOT your job isn't professional. Next time I visit a Dollar Tree maybe I should ask the retail associate what IS their job before I ask for assistance.

Was falsely arrested and accused of shoplifting as I walked out the store. The police claimed that the store caught me on camera stealing when there was no such evidence. I only had 4 items and was blown away to end up in hand cuffs. I didn't get any sort of apology for the matter when I was searched and embarrassed while nothing was found, and everything I had matched my receipt. I don't recommend this store to anyone. A truly horrible experience and staff.

I came to this Dollar Tree that closes at 10:00 PM @ 8:43 and she had closed and locked the door and she had a very bad attitude.
