The food was ok but the service sucked! I used my reward points to get a sprite and they forgot to bring it! Driver said he would bring it back/ he lied and never did. I called the next day ( I had been on hold for over thirty min the day of incident), for them to tell me that I HAD TO COME AND GET THE SPRITE WITHIN 24 hours or forfeit the right to get one! I told them I was out of town and NO EXCEPTIONS OR accommodations were made! It was THISR FAULT THEY FORGOT ITEM , yet I HAD TO SUFFER THEIR CONSEQUENCES!

This place specifically (this one) Red Oak Plaza , Roosevelt Hwy located near the wayfield, WOW smh ! They are ridiculous. First please let me say any review that I do on a company/chain I based the review on the workers attitudes, the food, and yes the atmosphere. I want to start my own youtube channel going to these places just to show you (the people like me who are spending money at these places) how their workers are and how their food is.Cons: I always get a pan cheese pizza from this place nothing on it just cheese. I don't know if they have got new management or what but the food is not so good now. When I first started ordering my cheese pizza the food was delicious (I started coming around August 2023). I would call in to do pick ups or I would get the food delivered sometimes. Since December or it could be January but if I'm not mistaken it's December the food has not been how it used to be . One day I go in to pay for the pickup , same thing I order everytime, I paid but then something tells me to open the box and look at my pizza before I leave out. Open the box to a pizza that has crust on one side (and of course under the pizza there's crust) but the other side had nothing , no crust cheese just everywhere all over the box it was as if I had a slanted pizza , not a slice but a slant I can't really explain it but u have no clue why a cook would let a pizza like that walk out the door. (I used to cook pizza 8 years ago and I made sure each pizza was made with love, not just throwing toppings and sloppiness.) So I turn the box around and show the cashier my pizza they catch an attitude and get the manager saying that they have nothing to do with the way my pizza look. The manager comes and she have an attitude and instead of asking would I like my pizza remade she says , "Either take the pizza or I can give you a refund," so me being me I politely accept the refund and ask for her name. Politely I am asking. I don't throw fits like a child. So She says no. I just walk out and said that I will NEVER order from there again. Excuse my language but she was a white manager with a nasty nasty attitude

Order a chicken and Spinach pizza two different occasions and for some reason never get both topics and I wouldn’t be as upset as I am if it wasn’t for the fact you try to call and never get through to anyone and the online thing only gives you a wack coupon for 20 percent off which still equal out to if you use the coupon for 6.99

Don’t order for delivery! 2 hours to be delivered even though my confirmation said 50 minutes. When I called the manager kept cutting me off. I understand being short staffed but there needs to be better communication with the customers!!

Ordered Chicken, pizza and cinnamon bread.My Pizza was not even cut properly- my chicken did not come with any Sauce that I paid extra for- and the cinnamon sticks had no Icing. Just a gross meal Period. I also tried to call the store and they NEVER ANSWER THEIR CALLS. Except for this one time and then they hung up.Horrible. I will never order from this dominoes again. And I took great care of the driver- definitely dropped the ball

Always satisfied and never disappoints! I’ve been to many of this franchises locations. Never have I ever been in such a more relaxed environment.

I got there right before closing. And I was able to get a pizza with no hassle. It wasn't deep dish, but it did the job.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order online with cash as the payment and the driver was 30 mins late, berated me and proceeded to steal my money because he said he had “no change”. Called the store and was told “Sorry this happened but there are no managers here” That was all, no resolution. Save your time, money and do not go to this location.

the driver named shakil was very rude about my delay on my food . he told me he wasn't authorized to do anything but he never got the manager for me . Ms Nicole acknowledged my issue , apologized and gave me an extra cheesy bread. i just wanted to leave with a smile and thanks to Nicole , I did .

They try to kill me by putting pepperoni on my pizza so I call them to get an refund rude and ghetto I will never eat here just took my money and not answer the phone
