I’m recovering from surgery and can’t wash my own hair yet; My experience was absolutely lovely. The wash and scalp massage felt amazing, everyone was friendly, and my blowout was so pretty. Highly recommend!

I had a blowout with Fatima, and my hair isn't the easiest to manage. However, she transformed it into a beautiful work of art in no time. She's very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her!

I called in to get a braid.. I was told it would be $15. Once there, I got somewhat of a braid, not as expected but it worked for $15. At the time to checkout I was told the cost was $50... Definitely not worth $50! They didn't honor the rate they gave me. IF the braid was going to be more than what was communicated this should have been mentioned before starting it and not at the time of checkout!

I went there because my personal hair stylist was out the country and I was going to an event. However, they did not disappoint at all!! I made sure to put in the comment section as I was booking that I am a "black" woman and make sure they have someone that can handle my hair and they did. Loved Brianna- she was friendly and professional! I just wish they didn't concentrate so much on "blow drying".

Worst experience! Hairstylist immediately looked at my hair & started talking to me about what she couldn’t do. First red flag. Explained this was not my first time with DryBar & I’d never had any issues with any previous stylists. Second red flag, after clearing that up I explained I recently took my hair out of a protective style “braids” and had a lot of build up & dirt in my hair. I selected an add on with my wash that included a scalp scrub. This woman “washed my hair” literally, only touched my hair shaft didn’t address my scalp at all. As a licensed professional this is a HUGE red flag. Explained my concerns with her & she got defensive and dismissive. Immediately explained I just wanted to communicate my concerns not argue. She still was defensive. Immediately asked for another stylist. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. If you hate your job or are only “trained” for certain hair types, find a new profession. My 2nd stylist was great, offered recommendations and was able to provide excellent feedback. I won’t be returning to this location, but please be mindful of all the negative feedback. It exists for a reason.

This was my very first time at Drybar, and I could not be happier with my experience there! Everyone was very professional and friendly from start to finish. Leo took care of me and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. Would highly recommend!

I popped into this spot, hoping to just get my hair curled—no wash or anything extra. Had my 4 PM appointment all set and arrived right on time. The welcome was nice, even got offered champagne, making me think I was in for a great experience without needing to worry about my hair. But then, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes with no update. Meanwhile, two other women came in and were taken care of right away. Sitting there, ignored, I decided enough was enough. If they didn't seem to value my business, I wasn't going to push it. I left feeling let down and I've made up my mind not to go back there.

Absolutely hated my experience today. I'm such a fan of Dry Bar. It's always a 10 out of 5 for me. But today, my experience sucked. I added extra services to my appointment: a 10-minute hair massage and a gloss treatment. My appointment was at 12:30. I was washed and in the chair at 12:40how is that possible if my massage was 10 min? The massage was ridiculous and only lasted 1 minute. I had water all over me. When she started to brush out my hair after the blow dry and curl it was falling everywhere I’m sure because of how rough she was with the curling iron, and my curls are not as loose like I asked for. It was a waste of over $100 today. But as I previously stated, Dry Bar is usually my go-to salon in all the cities I travel to. This was the first time they fell short.

I love Drybar! It takes so much weight off my shoulders to not have to search for a stylist to do a simple blowout. Consistent results and very fast
I have bleached hair right now, but even before I bleached it my hair was super thick and long. I’ve always had great results both then and now.
Ask for Bria!

Always a pleasure to come in the Drybar. In and out under 2 hours!

I always go to Drybar before any event, and my experience until today has always been positive. I felt like my stylist didn't listen to me about what I wanted. I asked for a Cosmo-Tai and wound up with frizzy curls standing out from my head like I had been electrocuted. It looked absolutely awful and I left almost in tears. I will need to go home and redo my hair from scratch. I also paid for a scalp massage, which was definitely not 15 minutes (more like 5). Very disappointed in my experience and would not recommend this location to anyone.
