Mark Duncan is the reason for many Atlanta folks being able to keep their cherished older vehicles on the road. I have used and trusted Mark for easily 20 years starting back when he was over on Howell Mill. He is extremely fair on prices and completes repairs on time and is reliable.
Ill brag about him to anyone who asks and happy he has stuck to it this long.

I have nothing but great things to say about Duncan Automotive. Mr.Duncan was honest, fast, reasonably priced, and never tried to “up sell” me anything like other mechanics have in the past. He went above what I asked of him and the issue was fixed. He will definitely be my go-to from now on.

By far the nicest mechanic I’ve ever encountered. I was on a huge time crunch to get my vehicle processed at the VPC who found a last minute problem and could not accept it. Every mechanic I called said nope no same day appointments but Mr. Duncan said no problem come on by and got my vehicle fixed within the hour.

Mr. Duncan is the sweetest man and so so helpful. He will make sure you get what you need and is extremely fast with small damages/fixes. I have gone to him several times over the years and I have never felt he deserved anything less than 5 stars.

Let me start with I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DUCAN AUTOMOTIVE. I am always afraid when I have to take my car to the mechanic but not with Mr. Duncan. He is efficient, well priced, and just overall an honest man. I truly appreciate him and would recommend you use his services.

Mark is honest and helpful and does the work right. He also treats people kindly. I pretty much bring my car here when I need work done, although I have to plan in advance because he is booked up a week or more beforehand. Most recently, I brought my old car in for brakes and possibly shocks and struts because it seemed to not bounce back after bumps like it used to. He told me I did not need shocks and only needed front struts and new brake pads. If I had walked in most places, especially as a woman, I would have probably been told I needed a thousand dollars of work, if not more. He sold me what I actually needed for about $500 and the old car has its bounce back.
