Though we started off with a rocky start (and were considering strongly withdrawing) due to the abject unprofessionalism, snarkiness, and carelessness of a single sales representative (Martin), the remainder of the team here have been incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional—to include but not limited to Waqar Khan, our primary point of contact. Waqar has been exceedingly efficient and polite, swiftly answering all our business inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesies.The absolute best support, service, and rates for payment processing companies we've tried (and we've been around the block)!

We are extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Melia Clifton loss analyst, she has played with our time, our company and even wanted to play with the capital of our business since she decided to make a reserve in our business account for $50,000, we have tried return the money in transactions that were risky for her, we have sent all the necessary documentation for her to verify everything and yet this lady just wanted to play with us and told us that we could never have an account with elavo again without sustainable reasons... it is a It's a shame that a company like Elavon puts its trust in such unprofessional people to manage such delicate areas of this company. We have already heard from other people in Tennessee that this lady makes decisions irregularly in her position. I hope Elavon pays more attention. with the work of Meliá Clifton.

Antoine, thank you! The only reason I have rated this company, Elavon as a 5 is because of Antione. I have had a lot of issues, and really needed to understand what and how my charges were calculated. In 10 minutes he helped to really understand, not only that but asserted the "value" of being a customer. But, more important than that ...he provided "super" customer service! He conveyed a feeling no matter how small you are as a business you should be given "great" customer service and it made my day. I have felt like I was in a maze because of all the different conversations throughout my tenue, I felt like a "gnat" that the representatives felt like let's just swat her away.Someone needs to "clone" his professionalism!

Instead of reading previous notes from multiple contacts with their company, the supervisor is snide and disrespectful. 9 months of attempting deactivation within 30 days of activation. Finally after wanting to prove me wrong the supervisor found proof of my attempts and still left me waiting with no result, just waiting for a company that never responds to contact me. Got this service from a Costco flyer and this service is giving a really bad taste for any service Costco is promoting. Not difficult for them to pull the recorded calls, have me forward emails, see that not once did I ever use any of the services offered with the account.

Besides great rates for credit card processing, Elavon has a great team to help us resolve issues that pops up once in a while. Keep up the good works!
