I used to go to this nail salon I stopped going after they messed up my birthday nail set. After a 2 years I went here to get a full set and pedi the owners were in the shop with no clients eating and they asked how they could help I told which service I needed, then proceed to tell me they are booked for the day and couldn't take me. Noted. Won't come back.

My experience is always top tier! We have great conversations while I relax getting my nails done. Mai nails it every nail design I want. She's honest and will always tell you what looks best so you know you'll be happy leaving the shop! I love this place! Tried to come in for a nail fix at 5:00pm was told they were “closed” yet sign stated wasn’t close till 6pm rude woman. Next time fix your location hours and have more respect for people. Wouldn’t recommend.

The place was not clean, they cut my finger so bad they switched who was doing my nails. Didn’t reduce price at all for the severe injury-praying I don’t get an infection.

I have been to several nail salons and I love it here because of Mai who is an amazing artist and does exactly what you want her to do. She is excellent in her job and works to perfection. Highly recommend Mai!

Online they close at 6 PM. I came in at 5 PM they refuse my service in, is lying about closing time and are not good customer service people.

I absolutely love this nail shop. Linda and the girls do such a great job. I always get SNS on my natural nails and they last for about a month. Before coming to this nail salon, I had a hard time finding the right nail tech. Once I discovered this place, I will never look anywhere else. They are personable and will have conversations with you. In the past, I was accustomed to not being spoken to. Now, I am super excited to get my nails done. These ladies have changed my life. ❤️

Can’t believe I’m just now reviewing this place haha. I’ve been going here for years now and have literally created an extension of my own family. These women are skilled. It’s a small shop, but they always have the greatest and newest products. This is my go to place and I drive from Gwinnett just to keep consistent with them. I suggest calling to set an appointment, as they can get busy but if you do, they’ll always be ready for you!

When I lived in Atlanta I went here for many years. I love this place and Linda always does a great job. Now that I don't live in Atlanta I do still visit them when I'm in town visiting my family. Hopefully I will finally find a nail salon in Phoenix as good .
