The thoughts leaving this place from my wife were that the hotel wanted to be a Ritz but ended up being an Embassy Suites. From the Ruth's Chris attached (they even suggest that as room service) to the magician shows (real thing), there's a vibe of trying to justify a price when the rooms don't match.
First thing to know, and isnt detailed, is there's a $55 fee every night to park. Factor that in to the price of your room and it quickly becomes pricey. It's doubly annoying because you drive by lots at $25 and $30 on your way to them.
The rooms are standard and normal for an Embassy Suites, normal designs and normal bedding. The kitchenette leaves much to be desired for its size and options.
Breakfast is of medium quality. It's usually packed so they are always out of something.

The housekeeping staff at this Hilton property demonstrated gross negligence by failing to properly clean the linens, resulting in mold contamination on all the pillowcases. As a direct consequence, I was exposed to hazardous conditions that have led to ongoing allergy and sinus issues. Rather than addressing this serious health and safety failure, Hilton merely offered reward points and prematurely closed the inquiry—an unacceptable and dismissive response. The management at this location is clearly incompetent and in desperate need of retraining, while the housekeeping protocols require immediate and thorough reevaluation. This level of disregard for guest well-being is appalling, and I am actively exploring further avenues of recourse against Hilton.

We stayed here and it was really nice. Room was great, spacious and clean. Embassy suites are always nice hotels to stay in in general and this was no exception. When we come back to Atlanta we'll be staying here again. Good staff, and the cleaning crew does understand what "do not disturb" means which is a big plus.
We'll be back for sure.

Here for a vacation. Central location downtown. Velet was good. Stayed 3 days. As a hilton goal member I expected an upgrade with the hotel quite. But instead was put in a room tucked back of the building on the top floor. Room shared a wall with a ventilation fan and rattled the wall and no window in the front of the room like the rest of the rooms. So paying extra for top floor and being a gold member means pretty much nothing.
As far as the buffet, it was fine but look out for the buffet police. I watch them make a lady go back and find her other ticket for breakfast before she could order an omelette. I understand rules by where was the grace?
Bar is only open for manager's reception. If you want to go to a bar, it has to be in the Ruth Chris.
For the price point, I should have stayed at the Omni.
Very disappointed.

Great experience overall. Front desk was terrific, service staff was lovely. My only complaint was breakfast was cold. Mostly I believe because the open area it is served in was freezing. The staff was trying.
Nearby activities: Aquarium was lovely.
Food and drinks: Many options

It has been some time since our last visit, and the property appears to be declining in quality.
Upon arrival, the valet service was unfriendly. While I provided a tip upon entry, they did not assist with unloading luggage.
Prior to our arrival , I requested additional towels and bath supplies, I received confirmation yet when we arrived they had not been provided.
We are staying in the premium suite, which includes a snack tray. However, the tray was missing from the room and had to be requested from the front desk.
The sofa bed had been used with linen and sheets that belonged to a previous guest.
The room is outdated and lacked modern amenities.
We visited the “gift shop” to purchase drinks and asked to charge the expense to our room. However, the staff member declined, stating that it would be more convenient to pay at the shop. I was hoping to redeem the points for the purchase.
The hotel chat function from the Bonvoy app appears to have so many issues with communication. None of the requests we made were conveyed correctly resulting in multiple trips from the house keeping.
We have two more nights remaining and are hopeful that the quality of our stay will improve.

I would stay here again. Great location!!!!
Rooms: Room was decent, apparent that the hotel is aging. The heat was temperamental with it being hot or cold. Furthermore, the sink drained slow and microwave was barely functional.
Nearby activities: Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame, world of Coke…. All steps away.
Walkability: Location, Location, Location!!!!! Perfect spot for seeing all the downtown attractions.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was good. The staff cold not keep up with how busy the hotel was. There was a shortage of silverware and plates. With that said, it was obviously very busy and the staff were working hard. Happy hour was nice but limited to snacks. Do not confuse it with some hotels where you can make dinner out of the happy hour.

AMAZING location. However, the valet section is very annoying and takes very long.

Breakfast was a nice selection of food, but they need more staff to help.
The evening cocktail reception was good.
The staff has been so friendly. The hotel is very nicely decorated. But it stops there. The beds are so hard. The shower has zero water pressure. You can hear all actviiteis in the atrium, and your neighbors room.

I stayed during the snow so that I would be able to walk to work. My room was very spacious. I had plenty of room to work in the living area and in the bedroom if o chose to do so. On my last night someone pulled the alarm around 11:30pm. I heard the alarm about 3 times but not the person saying it was a false alarm. I didn't find that out until I walked downstairs.
The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay here again for pleasure, not just work.
The bed was made. I took the picture after I had slept in it

The location of the hotel next to the GWCC was ideal for a tradeshow I was in town for. There were also several restaurants within walking distance as well.
The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I got a good night's sleep in the bed as well. I'd stay here again.
