Not really sure why this location has low reviews but I had a very pleasurable experience securing a rental with Becky and Melissa. The two women are so kind and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer, swiftly, efficiently, and with ease. Thank you ladies!

Melissa did well of getting me in and out even with insurance not answering the phone for a hour. She still made things right! Excellent service from Melissa.

Horrible Rude & Unprofessional Customer Service !!! They seems nice n all welcome at the beginning then recently just so rude!!! I called in today to get extended another week for my car rental, both time I got a very rude attitude toward me. They both sounded like I owed them money or something. It didn't seems like they wanted to be there n talk to me at all. I'm just wondering why didn't they get themselves a different job instead 'cuz they ain't fit for this job position at all !!! They might got some skills to able to get hired there but definitely very Lacking on Customer Service training!! The first call , a guy on the phone asked for my last name, he told me wait for a second , put me on hold , after abt 10 mins of waiting on hold n he hang up on me without saying anything or call back ?!! 2nd time call( abt a few seconds afterward), a lady picked up, I can tell she don't want to talk to me at all but she has to 'cuz the way she talks n tried to make everything so Short n way too Fast. She didn't even give me the details when n what time should I bring the car back after a week & she just Hang up the phone right after told me "the payment will show on my bank account", so I didn't even have a chance to ask her anything else!! That was So So unprofessional as someone working in the customer service field!!! Didn't matter what happened to them at home or at work, they shouldn't bring that kind of attitude to work n put their poor attitude on their customers like that! I'm a bartender for 10 years, so of course I understand well enough how a Good Customer Service should be like. I just don't think why should I continue to spend my $$ to do the business with them when I got this kind of Service anyway??!! Also, I've been renting their car for almost 4 months but doesn't seem like they appreciated my business with them at all. I'd Never want to come back nor do business at this Location EVER AGAIN !!!

Horrible experience. Never again! I reserved a car for pickup in Alpharetta, GA on Sunday, and arrived at 12:15 pm. Posted hours on the building were 10 am-2pm. I was met by the manager outside the building, who told me the office closed early and the car I'd been promised was not available. He claimed all customers with reservations had been notified of the early closure, which was a lie -- I received no call. He showed absolutely no concern for the crisis this created for me, and nonchalantly suggested that maybe I could get another car from the airport (40 miles away). I called Enterprise customer service for assistance, navigating endless automated options that ultimately led to dead ends and being disconnected. There was no recourse in their automated system to talk to a human being. I ended up cancelling my planned travel as a result of Enterprise's failure to honor my reservation. We sent an email to customer service five days ago and have not received a reply. I have never been treated so poorly by any business. The manager's decision to close up shop early to hang out with the friends who were waiting for him in the parking lot, along with the corporate office's lack of interest in the matter says volumes about the value this company places on its customers. Do yourself a favor and rent from another agency!

Been sitting here for 2 hours, outside in the heat and your not allowed to use the restroom. they gave me a rental car and the radiator blew up. they won't give me a new one for 2 more hours when they said they'd have one for me when i got here. it's hard to talk to any employee.

Man, I don't know where to start. I deal with soooooo many companies and different businesses in my job as a service writer at a 30,000 square foot diesel repair shop. I deal with aftermarket warranty companies, insurance companies, parts suppliers, manufacturers etc.

My regular enterprise was out of cars so i called this location. They said they had cars so i get a ride over. Give them all the info for my corporate account but they cant set up the reservation. I set one up online on my phone. Then they cant take it even though i have the corporate account number set up thru and given to us by enterprise. I also have the billing number for them to direct bill. I have all the info that should be needed but they wont take it. They call our regular enterprise location but still wont set up a reservation. Everyone was nice and professional but wtf is the point in having a corporate account with them if they wont honor it or work with you? In the end i left in an uber. Not an enterprise rental. This is rediculous practice.

I was referred to Enterprise from my insurance company b/c my car was being repaired. Nice greeting when I came in, however, the car provided was in poor condition inside and out. Engine light and several other lights were on, large scratches on the car, and looks like the car had been sitting under a tree for weeks and needed a wash and vacuum. I understand they were short in vehicles that weekend, but giving out a car in such poor condition is unacceptable and shows the quality of cars they are willing to rent.

$500 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS NOT TOLD WHY. THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF IT. IT WAS RETURNED IN MARCH AND TAKEN OUT AGAIN IN JUNE THEY STILL THE HAVE NO RECORD OF IT. AND I DIDN'T GET MY BACK. THE MISS LINDA THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY RUDE TO MY NEPHEW WHEN HE RETURNED THE CAR. YELLED HIM IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO WERE STUNNED AT HER BEHAVIOR. THIS WAS. AT THE MORROW LOCATION IN GEORGIA. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISES AGAIN

SCAMMERS!!!! NIGHTMARE!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! If I could give this company zero stars I would. WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced. I had no choice but to use this company since my insurance company was not paying for it because my car got totaled by another car. The girl that gave me the car, Ashley looked over the car and made notes and said as long as their were no damages bigger than a golf ball when I returned it there would be no problems because they understood accidents happened. She was really relaxed and friendly and obviously forgot to document this spot due to her incompetence I brought the car back and the man that checked me in saw a spot on the doorknob that was previously there, but said it wasnt. Ashley came outside of the store and looked at the car and said "I remember that. Is there not a note for it?" The man told me they would have to check the car history to see if there was a damage report. I left the car and went home. I got a call from the man saying that it wasnt previously on the car even though it was and that they needed my policy number and deductible. Obviously this company doesnt know how to manage itself because no one noticed the damage on previous returns. It was on Jan. 2 meaning all business were closed due to the holiday. I told him I would have to wait until my insurance company opened up the next day. He assured me someone would call me the following day to get that information. I never heard from anyone and then checked my bank statement for other purposes and see that $250.00 has been charged to my account from Enterprise, all because I had to do a $25.00 gas deposit when I received the car and they illegally took money out of my account without even a call to let me know. I call after hours asking someone to please call me and explain first thing in the morning. Never get a call, so I call again at 9 am. I tell the branch manager what has happened and he assured me he would get to the bottom of what happened because someone should have let me know that they were taking money out of my account. He tells me he will call me back in 30 minutes because the car was presold and is not even at the location so he needed to call the owner and talk to the staff. At 1pm I still have not heard anything from him. I call again and that branch manager has gone, so I talk to the branch manager that is there and tell him everything again. He was rude and told me that it was going to cost me more that $250 for a ding in a doorknob that was already there because they were going to have to replace the door. I tell him that I would like to speak to someone higher up and he gives me the Corporate Mangers phone number and assures me that he will call me if no one answers. I called him at 130 pm and left a voicemail asking him to call me because I am having issues with his Athens location. It is 630pm and no one including the branch and corporate manager have yet to call me back. I refuse to use this company for any reason and I advise anyone to choose a different company. They will scam you!!!!! Was at Athens Oak Street location but obviously not getting any help from them, so Im seeking corporate help.
