This location had only one person working at the front and retrieving the cars. The wait was over an hour. He was doing everything by himself. I give him 5 stars but enterprise do better with staffing!

Horrible customer wait times and this location is ALWAYS understaffed!!! I've rented from this location many times and every single time there is only ONE person running the entire ship! The one person that is checking customers in, is the same person getting the vehicles ready, is the same person that completes the vehicle inspection & customer contracts and is the same person that accepts all the drop offs. During my most recent rental from this location, I arrived at 9:42am for pickup and it took about 20 minutes to checkin and make payment, which is not unreasonable. However I then sat for another 45+ minutes just waiting to get the car!!! I did not leave Enterprise until almost 11:00am, which is absolutely ridiculous! Not because they didn't have a vehicle for me, but because the ONE staff was busy checking in other customers walking in and getting cars ready for the 3 other customers who were in front of me. I sat patiently for an hour, watching this one staff run around like a chicken with their head cutoff, before I finally became frustrated. Why is there only one person working at a time?!?! Not only did this cut into the rental time that I paid for, I was ultimately late for a meeting, which was the entire reason I was renting a car in the first place. Whoever is managing this location at Enterprise clearly has no concern for their overwhelmed employees and zero regard for the service it provides to their customers. Not to mention, you never actually get the car you reserve here! You'll basically get whatever they have in stock, even if you reserved a luxury vehicle. And for the record, the 1 of 2 staff that is usually working the front counter is either Devin or Darren. This review is in no way a reflection of them because both have always been very professional to me and seem to do the best they can under the circumstances. The failure at this location is obviously at the managerial level and therefore, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION! Just find another location and save yourself the time & frustration.

This is by far the worst location. Go to ANY other location in metro Atlanta, they have no customer service skills and pretend they don’t know how to help customers. Seems like they dont want to work, so they should find a new job that doesn’t require customer service. I had to cancel a trip due to their lack of service.

Employee convinced me to add on rental insurance by saying that my insurance doesn't cover everything (which was a lie). Overcharged me over $200‼️

when I returned my car, Devon literally tried to open a claim on a bumper ding (smaller than a golf ball) that was already on the rental before I got it. Literally was not empathetic or understanding. I called the other location I rented from and they took care of the claim and told me it was unecessary for him to do that. Please turn around and go to a different location. Horrible customer service from Devon.

I have rented from other enterprise locations in Atlanta, and had great experiences. The staff in this location were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend ever using this location when there are other enterprises right down the road.

Anytime I need to extend the car it’s usually no issue. I called to extend for a full week someone didn’t make the adjustment. Luckily Devon caught it and made the adjustment saving me $300. Thanks Devon!!

It's the blatant unconcern of the staff at this location. Sometimes there may not be the car that the customer is hoping for (that's just life) however when a customer has a reservation there should be some type of Service Recovery. The manager of this location doesn't seem to have instilled this idea amongst the employees there. They didn't have the car I reserved or anything remotely close to it. All I was told was "we tried to call you" (no record of these attempts are noted on my end). The person said nothing else to Me concerning assistance in another Enterprise location or anything. He simply said "next in line"
I know Enterprise could care less about my business because they have contracts with insurance companies and major corporations. I encourage You the lonely consumer to think twice about patronizing this manager/owner/operator od this location until You Matter.

Rented the car from a different branch yet this branch went to pickup the car upon return. Before communicating with the other branch, FALSELY made an accusation of damages (even though the other branch has called/communicated to me that they knew about these and were very confused where this was coming from) and tried to put blame onto me for prior damages. Hostile customer service representative.
