I visited the location at 3852 Jonesboro Rd Atlanta,GA. My sales agent was Rikesia Phillips. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the product. However, the reason I would return is...she was extremely polite and courteous. You just don't see that from young people these days. Thank you miss Phillips.

This location sucks ! Word to the wise go to a enterprise where Alisha is not there , she is the manager with the attitude, and her wig is far back ? , how you try to show out and lie , and your hairline showing at the top of your wig

The staff is professional, there appearance could be neater, the cars need more attention. The SUV I rented had scratches and dents. The light did not work prooerly

The wait is ridiculous!!! Even when u book days in advance booked at 9 am left at 9:45 very unprofessional. Following up. I recently got a rental booked at 8:30 and was out at 8:38!! This is a win in my book. I appreciate the progress.

One word.....GHETTO! No customer service. Three people behind the counter. No one greets the customers. When he did he was eating, talking with food in his mouth, licking his fingers. He seemed knowledgeable but the entire staff needs to be educated on customer service.

DO NOT!! trust me when I tell you. This location is horrible . My insurance sent a reservation and they still ask me EVERYTHING under the book. They assume people are going to steal the car. And on top of that…they make you wait an hour before they “clean” the car. Rude. Unprofessional. Annoying. Irritating. Ratchet. And it smells will wet carpet. Enterprise this location is killing your reputation. NEVER AGAIN. Next time I will choose hertz, Avis, or simply do without. -5 out of 5 stars

The check-in was great but the shuttle ride to pick up the all white upgraded town in courty van at the hapeville location was made awesome by the young guy who drove me there, am sorry if I get his name wrong, I believe it's Chase and this young man is going places and doing big things in the nearest future ?

This office was kind very helpful when my own car had been vandalized and my insurance (Geico) provided a rental for 4 days while I got my car fixed. The people in this office are very through and were amazing. They helped me beyond the rental, by treating me kindly. ?

The worst experience especially since I’m at a total loss right now due to my car being in the shop due to an accident. USAA should choose wisely whom they conduct business with. This location lack quality vehicle, customer service, and make enterprise as a business look bad. I return two vehicles with in hours of renting. Both vehicles had problems and safety concerns but the manager didn’t even give me an option of a replacement even after they seen the problems in which I knew they had to know that these vehicles had problem before even trying to give it to me. The presentation of both cars was horrible neither had been cleaned nor inspected both was dirty and was only vacuumed. Then one of them was given to me on empty with the low fuel light on. But never will I do business with this location ever again. Signed a dissatisfied customer.

Great customer service. I picked up the car at this location and dropped off at the airport. When the airport location accidentally billed me a fuel charge even though I filled it up, I called this location who promptly refunded me that amount.
