Worse experience I’ve ever had. I’ve contacted her for a yr and still nothing. I will pursue her for any monies I have to fix last year taxes. She’s horrible and I hope she has to deal with the law

I had utilized these services for several years. Was satisfied with results but communication was terrible and Phyllis, herself wasn't necessarily professional when speaking on phone or committing to deadlines. I tolerated it all because of the refund amount she consistently provided. Well, got an audit letter from IRS, contacted Phyllis, she confirmed I had audit protection, then POOF!!!! She vanished off the face of the earth! SMH I emailed, called, and text her for several months but no reply. She recently spoke with another client of hers i work with so she is still alive. I handled the audit situation on my own but I am actively making sure no one I know utilizes her services again!

If I could put 0 stars I would, this company and manager is very unprofessional. It’s been 2 months since she prepared my taxes. In the beginning of June I followed up with her about my taxes, she rudely told me that after she does the taxes it’s not her problem anymore and for me to contact the irs. I used the “where’s my refund” tab but said they couldn’t find any information on my tax return. So I contacted her again, upset because like I said it’s been months and I have yet to receive my money but everyone else who filed with me on the same day received theirs. After I told her I would be investigating where my money was she proceeded to go off on me, etc. I tried to email back and have my mother call but no response. I will never be using this company and their services ever again and I will tell everyone I know not to use her !!

This is the worst experience while having my taxes done. She will file your taxes late, get you the least amount of money and lead you on for a weeks. I will never use her again and will tell my family not to use her. She has a ghetto attitude that I refuse to deal with.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH HER!!!!

I started using Ms Phyllis over well over ten years ago when a friend recommended her. She has been my tax lady ever since. She’s even resubmitted taxes that the IRS said I owed and gotten me a refunds of thousands of dollars. I’ve been audited, and she went to bat with the IRS for me. The work she and her staff (The Hetebrink Sisters) does for her clients is priceless. I travel from North Carolina to Georgia for her services, and she never lets me or my friends travel home without a full belly and praying with me and my party for safe travels. Everyone I’ve ever recommended to her ALWAYS returns for her expertise. I don’t know what I’d do without her knowledge, professionalism, and guidance. Ms Phyllis and her entire staff are truly family and will treat you as such from the moment they meet you. Much love ❤️

DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! THIS is ABSOLUTELY the worst experience I've had in my life of doing taxes. Ms spears not only had me send my information and sit on it for two weeks, but never had the courtesy to return ANY of my phone calls. I called three days in row after a week of no response. She told me the two days I called her on her "off" day that she was "under the dryer" and that she would be calling me when she left. All LIES!!!! Then after two weeks of only me reaching out to her unprofessional establishment does a secretary call me and tell me that ms. Spears will not be doing my taxes. After she told me that she started them. I asked why and she said she didn't know! This is by far the WORST experience and to think I had prospective people interested in a company like this! I will always tell my experience to anyone willing to listen ANYWHERE! ANYTIME!
