I was very skeptical about selling my watch online. I did a lot of research on Ermitage Jewelers and Peter and decided to accept their very fair offer. The communication was outstanding and I received the wire transfer the very next day with no delay. Peter and everyone at Ermitage Jewelers were exceptional. I highly recommend them.

I just sold my beautiful Rolex watch to Ermitage Jewelers. The process could not have been any easier or efficient. I dealt with Peter, and he asked me how much I needed for the watch and I told him and he sent me some information on shipping and also sent the shipping label to me in one day and I packed up my watch and put it in the box for FedEx to deliver, and the watch was delivered back to Peter in about two days and I received a call the same day he received the watch and said that the price that Was looking to sell for was fine and we agreed on that price and the next morning I had my wire transfer in my account. If you’re going to deal and a substantial amount of money, , You need to deal with Peter at Ermatage ! Sincerely, Gary

Searched for a reputable place to sell my 1987 Rolex and after receiving several quotes from online establishments, I went with Ermitage Jewelers (Atlanta, GA). I dealt with Peter who provided me with a fair price for my Rolex watch. I could have completed this transaction easily through mailing, but since I lived in Atlanta I wanted to verify, so I made an appointment to visit Peter in person. It was a pleasurable experience and received top dollar for my watch (compared to the other online vendors). I would not hesitate to use his online services in the future as a personal visit was not necessary. They have earned my trust. Thanks!

I worked with Peter, and Liz on the sale of one of my watches. The process of negotiating a price range for the sale, shipping, and payment was extremely easy. I shipped my watch, using the pre-paid FedEx label, provided to me on Saturday. I Received a call from Peter to further discuss the watch and finalize a sale price on Tuesday. I was paid immediately with funds in my account Wednesday morning.I was pleasantly surprised on how efficient Ermitage Jewelers operated throughout the entire process. If you are shopping the sale of a watch, I highly recommend working with Peter and Liz.

Amazing experience doing business with Ermitage. I sold a family Rolex with them and have to admit I was nervous about mailing it out and giving my banking information for direct deposit, but Peter was incredible to work with and had clear communication throughout the entire process. It was quick, easy and fair. I would absolutely do business with them again in the future!

Great place Peter is the best I purchased a submarine Rolex in 2023 in November . Easy very honest transaction . I live in California and the watch was shipped within a couple days I received it. He told me the Watch was in excellent condition. In my opinion it’s mint. No worries dealing with this jewelry store. They’re very reputable. I’ve been to Bob’s in California they’re nice people but they don’t come close to this Peter the owner is always willing to help. I will buy another Rolex from them soon.

I had a very good straight forward experience. It is a little nerve wrecking to put an expensive watch in the mail, but after doing a little looking i saw that they had great reviews so I shipped the watch. They received it the next day and wired me the money. I would definitely do business with them again.

Excellent Transaction! Peter was very communicative and answered all of my questions in regards to selling my Rolex and purchasing another one from him. He provided me a quote on both and honored them both to the finish. The new watch arrived in the condition he promised and I am very happy with the new watch. I have been dealing with Ermitage for many years and they NEVER disappoint! From start to finish, their customer service is stellar as well as their watches. My late husband and I have bought, sold and traded. In fact, when my husband passed and left behind a gorgeous gold ROLEX originally purchased from Ermitage, Peter bought back the watch immediately and for original purchase price. I will not do business with any other luxury watch dealer and neither should you. HONESTY and INTEGRITY go a long way in this world. You will NOT be disappointed.
