The ladies at this location have top of the line customer service! Shatima and Tori greeted me gracefully upon entering. Tori was super helpful with finding me a last minute appt change. Shatima knows how to make the waiting room a pleasant place to be. And Neema is a thoroughly and efficient waxer. I’ll be sure to book with Neema again!

I have been getting waxed for well over 3 years. I can definitely say this wax was the best one that I have ever had. I’ve been to many places trying to find a great wax place I’ve found my forever wax home. Be sure to ask for “Tink” she was my wax specialist.

I was less than 9 min late and the receptionist still told me I couldn't get my full service. Apparently she couldn't do math or tell time. Will be contacting corporate to ensure that the receptionist I saw gets fired.

Quintina is the best! She always has the best attitude, you quite literally could not be in a bad mood during your appointment with her. She does an amazing job and gives great advice about how to make sure your waxes give you the best results!
