HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE , I payed for a frame in October 16 2024 and never receive anything , until december 1 2024 is when I asked for my child cloths back , because it clearly wasn't going to get done , i also asked for the deposit I had made , i had payed 300 but she swears i only paid 200 but I said ok send me that , she then told me there was a 25% sur-charge for cancellation and she was only giving me back $25 dollars , I got very upset and demanded she give me a full re-fund for something she didn't do , she then proceeded to say i could ask any frame store and that's how it goes , and the irony at the end is she didn't even send the $25 she said I was supposed to get according to her invisible sur-charge for cancellation , I told her that it didnt say anything about the Sur-charge in the invoice and that she's a terrible business person and to keep the 25 and I would write a review so people could be aware of her business practices and to not fall victim like I did ,,, I am at least glad that my sons baby cloths got returned to me , for me it has infinite emocional value and the $300 I lost was nothing compared to not getting my sons baby outfit back ,,,, the staff are wonderful, I can't say anything bad about any of the employees truly great people , they are very nice and take care of you but the owner is the issue .

Great service, great rates! I've used other framing services before, but this experience was fabulous. They went above and beyond helping us create the perfect framing (color, size, material) for our artwork and photos. I was worried about choosing the right frame to complement our decor, but they expertly guided us through the options, resulting in frames that perfectly showcase our precious gifts. The delivery was an added bonus! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!!! It's clear they truly care about their customers and their artwork.
