I had the best experience ever at this express. First of all, I love Express and their clothes and back stock. But the two ladies who were here this day, Alex and Shania, made my experience so wonderful. The customer service is unmatched and the smiles are a welcome surprise. Came in the store looking to revamp my work wardrobe. They had so many fashionable items and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped us find the items we were looking for and even gave feedback on what looked good and what did not instead of trying to sell us everything. Pam, Alex, and Chelsea were awesome. Will definitely be going back!
