Stephan Smith has provided extremely poor customer service. He was unprofessional and rude, and as the on-site manager, his behavior reflects very poorly on your business. After I purchased a storage unit, he refused to assist me with obtaining my key and would not address several pending questions I had.
I am storing my belongings at your facility and expect a higher standard of service, especially from management. I’m requesting that this issue be reviewed and that I receive appropriate support moving forward.

Ms. Atkins really goes above and beyond to help her customers out. She is top notch, without her help, my stuff would have been thrown out. She understands people's needs in this day and age. I really appreciate her and all her help.
