First time coming in person to a store. Alex and the other associate spent the better part of 30 minutes help me find pants in my size. They didn’t have my exact size in all the colors I wanted but I was able to order. Appreciate all the help to have me looking good. 10/10 would recommend

So been a member for over a year purchased several items from the during this time. Couple weeks ago I ordered 3 pairs of socks. The day they came in I took one pair to the gym only to find a hole after just one workout.
When returning them to the store the staff were extremely rude. I was just told they have n equality issue that the manager wears their socks everyday. I said well working in a store and working out are two different things.
The acted like they were better than somebody and had a very stuck up attitude.
Was lot helpful to help find replacement product I t eh store and while I was looking they issued store credit so they said they couldn’t even do a refund when I couldn’t find my size.
Had to call customer service to get my refund. Once I used all my credit this week I’m canceling. Yes lost the products were great but if you can’t stand behind a the one bad quality product I’m out.
Granted the socks were the most inexpensive item I have bought from them. Good customer service would have said to refund the damn $11 days air of socks to keep a customer that has spend 100s of dollars but hey I’m not in retail so what do I know.

As soon as I came in Joanna (I hope I'm spelling it right) told me about all the sales. I gathered things and went to try them on, and Joanna came back and got me all the clothes I wanted in different sizes and colors so I can try them on. She even went to dig some out of the back. At the end she answered all my questions about the membership and helped me ring up everything I got. Super happy with what I got and the really helpful and nice staff

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was in the store at 7:45 pm. I wanted to try on one pair of shorts to make sure they fit before I purchased them. The associates working in the store said the fitting rooms were closed so they could clean up and get out right away after the store closed. Zero customer service! Absolutely ridiculous. Worried about getting home instead of taking care of a paying customer.

I was a Fabletics monthly subscriber for years finally after having almost everything they had to offer. I paused my membership for three months after those three months. I still wasn’t interested in going back to it so I canceled it, now it’s been over a year since I’ve canceled it and all of a sudden I’m being charged for it again They are telling me I never canceled it even though I had to call back and cancel it three separate times and they’re trying to tell me that I never canceled it once…. that’s my first problem. Second problem is I’m trying to return something that they sent me that I did not order and I go to click for returns and it’s saying this product cannot be returned, so therefore, basically I’m being scammed by Fabletics if I were you Id watch my bank statements very carefully because all tho you get membership “discounts” I’d watch your monthly statements closely because they will scam you. Also the customer representative Jude was absolutely condensing and RUDE. He doesn’t need to be a voice you’re connected to when you call in customer service looking for help.

Scam!!!! When you buy here they try to tell you that you can get two products for $24 if you scan the QR code at the register. From other reviews I am glad I didn't. I was about to checkout, but the rude manager got upset because I didn't want to scan the QR code. I put my products down and walked out. It turns out that if I had scanned it, I would have been charged $59.95 per month according to the small print. What a ripoff!

Was ok. Jury is out on whether the VIP member is worth it. I bought 4 pairs to take on my trip. Comfortable at first but don’t wash well. Not sure I will keep the membership. I’m very careful when I was and I also way hang to dry and then fluff in the dryer when done and they don’t seem to stay like they were before the washing machine.

Bought from Fabletics, and it signed me up for a membership. I cancelled immediately but they continued to charge me for three months. Biggest scam company on the world. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Today, I had the best experience with a Fabletic’s employee by the name of Daijah! I’ve never heard of this particular store but a friend encouraged me to visit the store with her. Well let me tell you, Daijah was so helpful, polite, and was working that floor. Everything we needed, she found it with a pleasant attitude! She’s actually the reason I shop at Fablectics now. In less than a week, today is officially my third visit. She’s also very knowledgeable about how the VIP status works and more importantly, she knows how to make a sale!!! ❤️ Also, she was so patient and AMAZING to the children we had with us!!! ?
