I came to Factory's to have an antique, family ring re-sized to use for my wedding. The ring was quite a bit larger than my finger and had inscriptions on it that I wanted to keep despite making it smaller. It was old, so you can imagine the job was delicate. Although this was not a high priced job, Harvey paid me a lot of attention and did an excellent job handling a family heirloom with care. I was at first hesitant regarding his recommendation on the resize (I questioned whether he wanted to resize it too small). But he was right and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect fit.
