The posted signs clearly says that they close at 9pm. It was 8:40 and they had already closed the doors and we're turning people away.

Nothing was stocked on the shelves. You had to weave in-between boxes laying around the store.

This store doesn’t have set hours. They open when they feel like it and start screaming people away after 8 PM. Company may want to perhaps require better resumes from potential employees and then raise the pay because whatever is being done now is not working at all.. literally. My son is 15 years old and he could run a business better than this after seeing his parents doing it his entire life, I guarantee it.

It was the nearest store for what was needed, so it was kinda convenient. I was not able to find first choice items as many things were out of stock. There were several boxes in the aisles. They were in the process of restocking. There also didn't appear to be a lot of staff to assist.

If you go during the day, it’s a typical DT. But most evenings, there’s a person yelling “we are closed” around 8:30p. Please adjust the time here…

I am currently at Dollar Tree 15 minutes prior to close. I am being fanned away by a male employee with long twists. He is stating that no further entry is allowed although the establishment is not yet supposed to be closed. Absolutely abhorrent. Will be putting in a formal complaint with the corporate office via certified mail and will be addressing the management team tomorrow morning. Very poor customer service.

I understand they don’t have the best systems to support the workers. But making someone wait to be checked out when there are 4 workers in the store and only one customer is ridiculous. You can stop stocking for 1 minute to check me out with 3 items. Or at least acknowledge my presence. This is my second time in this store both experiences were bad. Cassie being at the center of both of them. Higher better.

Update your hours online it says you open at 8a. Drive in and it says opens at 9 on the door.
