I had a great experience with FastSigns-Sandy Springs, specifically JR.
JR showed great costumer service & was very responsive and kept promises to his impossible deadlines I had for him. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs a truly fast sign service (or any other service they have to offer).

I wanted this team to be responsive and do “fast” work but it took 2 weeks to get the quote after I was told 3 days, then it took calling and emailing everyday to try to talk to JR before I got any answers. I only used them for the project bc he said it would be a fast turn around and that they would be responsive. I have an email sent to them that still hasn’t been answered and just think it would be better to move on. Stop waiting to see if they actually care about how they run their business and treat clients…

I sent an inquiry and talked to at least 3 different representatives trying to get signage for my business over the past week and haven’t received an update or a call back of any mockups or updates. If they aren’t accepting new customers I’d prefer they say that vs just leaving me hanging.

We bought a lot of signs for a non-profit event recently. We bought through several channels including online, BigBox printing and FASTSIGNS. FASTSIGNS sandy springs provided the best service and best and reliable quality. They stood behind their methods process and production. I was disappointed in the other two channels. We spent over $300 on banners that tore at the grommets on the first day/(the first hour actually)that they were put up. I went with the low price alternative and paid a heavy price in frustration and cavalier attitude from the staff at the BigBox printer. I won’t get fooled again, FASTSIGNS has my business and my recommendation. Pay the extra money for your peace of mind and a personal touch which really is priceless!!
