The woman at the counter, when I was condescending and offered to teach me how to use their computer to create my own shipping labels. I came to the store because the FedEx online system does not work properly, but hey, it's the user with the masters in technology that is wrong.Skip this stop. There are better FedEx locations in the area.

I used to come to this location all the time for a year because it's closest location to me. Never had a problem. I'm assuming there is a new management and EVERYTHING is a problem. Not only they refused to ship my package multiple times ( every other location has no problem to ship my packages), they are also very rude and totally unhelpful!!!! Don't waste your time using this Fedex location.

I use to be a driver for FedEx Same Day City. Every time I would deliver here I would see customers arguing with the staff and I figured "it's just a bratty customer" but now that I experienced being a customer, I have realized that the staff here, in particular the assistant manager is pretty bad. He was kind of an asshole to be honest.

I was at the front of the line, and it took 20 minutes to send a package with a label already on it. Customer service is not the best here.

If I could put zero stars I would.. Erica at the front desk literally makes you feel stupid and is so rude!!!! The last time I went to this location the lady was so helpful and nice so I decided to return to this store...... the worst decision I could have made. The customer service was terrible and so unhelpful. I will never come back to this location.

I have been in customer service for years and have been doing business in Atlanta since college when I ran my own non profit company and I have never been told by anyone in any business setting that they "Wouldn't fix their own mistake." The atmosphere is this store is so negative and the attitude that exudes from the staff is so unwelcoming. I however was in a desperate need to get 10 binders made for my boss to go out on disaster relief efforts for the victims of Texas storms. After myself and my friend clearly stated what we needed and were assured that the job would be done the next day, when I picked them up and got home, Every one of the binders were mixed up, messy and no tabs...except for 1. When I went back and pleaded with the clerk to help me find a solution, he rolled his eyes (more than once) and basically told me they don't do that and I should have explained better, and threw the blame on me. WE went back and forth about how I could lose my job, and I pleaded with tears in my eyes because as a new employee, I want to impress my boss. Needless to say, that has not happened and I did almost lose my job. When I asked him how one book was done correctly and the other 9 were not, he tried to tell me that the paper was not the same as their -paper and that the correct book was done somewhere else. I am not sure what the point is there because if indeed I made the book at home out of boredom with the commercial grade copy machine in my living room the night before just to prove a point, then he obviously owes me another book as there were only 9 incorrect. Give me a break. I have news for this man and his rude, disrespectful display of ego, Someone at this company is going to stand up and take ownership for this and correct it. That is the bottom line, now I get to spend another 2 or 3 days trying to get to the bottom of this nightmare when all I did wrong was pick the wrong store. Oh the other thing, after he got real smart mouthed and said that he didn't make the one book that was correct, I got upset and used one fowl language word. I told him to stop acting like a poop head, and that was wrong of me and for that I apologize. However., he sure took that bait and used it as a perfect excuse to get really loud, throw his hand up and twirl away screeching that I needed to leave so that all of the other inconsiderate employees heard him and as I walked out crying with a heavy box of binders, they all stickered and made smart remarks. This is not acceptable. What planet are we on? I was in tears, over $1000 worth of my bosses money gone. And we are a huge account. The goal is to have it set up where we call often and request a couple more books, then pick them up. Which ever print company gets this gig, they will be happy. this place is a nightmare and I will make sure there are investigations. Also, Hey dude, ask your manager to share with you some of the better customer service tools that you need to deal with customers, do you know how many upset customers have cursed me out because they were stressed? It happens, I however used my diffusion tools and by the time our interaction ended they were apologizing to me and asking for my name to let my manager know how wonderful I was. Terrible customer service. I have to spend hours before I can speak to a human being on the phone ... Delivery window not updated as requested. Resulting in wasting half a day. Followed by package misplaced. Resulting in another half day wasted.. tomorrow I'm supposed to wait all day for the package... Horrendous... As though they were a free service but we have to pay for it.Update: ps5 was "lost" by FedEx. Thankfully Isn't replaced it.
