Shipped a laptop and a charger but recipient reports only the charger arrived. Tried to get support but was routed through FedEx online system which was not helpful. Will plan to stop by store.

Don’t take parcel more than 1 foot tall. You can’t drop off as their cart is small!!

Letter got where it was supposed to go. Not too keen on letters sitting in a publicly accessible area prior to pickup.
