Insanely slow... took 30 mins to print a shipping label (which they make you do on your own), attach to an envelope and get a receipt. Oh and their machine doesn't work so he couldn't even give a shipping proof. Avoid.

I paid for overnight to be delivered at 10:30 am, the package did not get there on time I had to call several times to try to get through to customer service of which the automated system would not allow and in order for me to get my package delivered before my daughter left for her trip I had to make a complaint which I feel I paid too much for not to be delivered in the time it was paid for

Can I leave less than 1 star? I stood there for 30 minutes being “serviced” with no progress. They couldn’t print the label. But were they communicative about it? No! I entered in the shipping info 4x!!!!!! The kid just stood there staring into his computer leaving me wondering what was going on. And after 30mins when I got totally annoyed and asked what was taking so long, they “politely” asked me to take it to another location. A week before Christmas !!!! Someone else’s review said useless location. I have to agree. Everyone in line was being poorly managed. Do better please.

Useless FedEx drop location. You take your packages to print department in the store but Thames can’t print you a receipt. Your packages are left unsecured.
