Terrible- worst customer service from a manager I have ever encountered. That man has no business being in front of people. Had an attitude the entire time I was at the counter. Then messed up my delivery when I was specific it needed to deliver over the weekend and made it for Monday. I had to return to have it changed and refunded to Monday (thank god I caught that) but then he messed up the delivery again and I think purposely held the package. I paid for Saturday delivery (twice) and he still set it for Monday. He also argued with me saying it was my fault. LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT INVOLVED!!. For reference this was on 3/21/25 around 4 pm.

Elaine was a pleasure working with. She didn’t have any boxes to fit my suitcase, so she wrapped it so tightly that the suitcase wouldn’t damage. Her care and attention to detail was top tier!

My tracking info stated that 2 packages were dropped at my house on the same date at the same time but I only received 1 package. The driver only took a picture of 1 package so where is my other package. I can’t get a LIVE agent on the phone. This the 2nd time that this has happened. I believe the Delivery people are stealing the packages. Where is my package?

No one come to check the package is delivered, they just stay on the lobby floor. When complain to them then they said they did not received anything. Terrible service

FedEx is terrible. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and when I finally reached a representative after dealing with their phone system for 30 mins, they told me the sender has to find the random doorstep in the delivery picture and retrieve my package then deliver it to me themselves. As if FedEx had no part in it and someone else can clean up their mess. Nice. Terrible customer service, don’t risk your packages with them.

Kelton is the best he really helped me and my entire crew ship over 350lbs just before closing to 3 different cities all with a smile and great customers service. He was super knowledgeable about policy and guided us to right boxes with in our separate budgets.

The entire staff of this FedEx Office Print & Ship are top-notch! The manager (Kelton, I think - forgive the spelling) and the team are highly-responsive, committed to helping you get your projects completed on time, and they do it with a great attitude and customer focus. Have used them a few times to produce marketing collateral, signage and more. Just had some postcards printed for an event on Sunday and they turned it around quickly! They will always be my go-to when I'm in a pinch. I highly recommend this location!

Such a scam. FedEx charges you to ship packages and this location charges you to handle the package even though you're paying FedEx to ship them

Your employees steal. I have had multiple packages stolen by your delivery drivers. You all fail to do a thorough investigation because you just closed the case because you say the GPS says that your driver delivered the item even though there's no video evidence of them even appearing at the location that day. There is no documentation in the mailroom system showing that the package was scanned or delivered. Mail theft is a federal crime and I don't care how long it takes I will be prosecuting your driver to the fullest extent and making sure that they pay me what they took from me. I am out $25,000 because your driver decided to steal a package that was supposed to be a brand partnership with a major brand. I will not rest until that driver is prosecuted

I would have given it five star because of the homeless person that day I give it three stars.I use this FedEx location a lot and have always been impressed with the excellent service I have received at this location. However, on one of my visit, I was approached by a homeless man who attempted to scam me.I was at the printer/fax machine loading documents when the man came in and asked me how long I would be at the machine. I told him I would be just a minute, and he then offered to insert his card into the machine for me. I declined, and when I was done I told him the machine was ready and he then walked out of the store.
