I would have given it five star because of the homeless person that day I give it three stars.I use this FedEx location a lot and have always been impressed with the excellent service I have received at this location. However, on one of my visit, I was approached by a homeless man who attempted to scam me.I was at the printer/fax machine loading documents when the man came in and asked me how long I would be at the machine. I told him I would be just a minute, and he then offered to insert his card into the machine for me. I declined, and when I was done I told him the machine was ready and he then walked out of the store.

Kelton was extremely helpful and patient with me. He explained everything in detail before any printing was done. The atmosphere was pleasant and the store was clean. He and Sean works well together. When I'm at work, this will definitely be the location I visit.

I'm now questioning shipping through this location. Last week I sent off two packages through this location. One package made it to the destination, one did not. The one that did not I put in a claim with FedEx to inves what happened. I reached out to this store at 100 Peachtree to see if I could get any assistance on that end as well and the guy who answered the phone was quick to write me off and say we only prepare the packages and the driver picks them up. While I do understand that, I feel that if I paid at this location for a package to get to a specific destination - I should be able to get some sort of compensation for what I paid at 100 Peachtree. He didn't offer any assistance and even cut me off when I was trying to speak. I don't think I'll go through FedEx after this incident. I still haven't heard from FedEx on my claim either. This location I will never use again.

Couldn’t find an email to corporate so here’s my email publicly LOL:Hi there,I wanted to send a special note of thanks for an in interaction I had with Tim Dohany and Shawn at the downtown Atlanta location. I had a LOT of big items to ship home for a convention I attended this week and both these guys were so cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful.Dwayne helped me with securing my boxes, figuring out the most economical methods to ship, and more. Shawn helped us figure out a system issue. Good customer service is hard to find, and I’m super grateful these guys helped me get my stuff checked in in a timely manner. They deserve a little extra praise today!Thank you,

The customer service provided by this store is shocking. I want to write home about it. I want everyone in Atlanta and the surrounding metro to know that they can depend on the employees in this store. In fact, I’d love to be a future reference for the people that I’ve interacted with in this store.I’ve never been to this store. I’ve only been to Atlanta three times in my life, and I’m pretty sure the majority of those were just the airport. This review is purely from my point of view dealing with everyone on the phone, via email, and from what my coworker who was physically there told me. (Can I say that it was super easy to work with them, even though I was half a country away? And that if I could work with any FedEx location that does prints, it would be with this location? And I wish that other stores could use this one as an example?)I’m the creative team for my company that shows at Americasmart. We hit some snafus this season and I needed to get signs expedited to my poor newbie of a coworker who unexpectedly ended up working the show solo.Not only did the folks at this store accommodate my absurd deadline, they talked me through a bunch of logistical things that helped my coworker out immensely. They were even able to help us out with some, again, very last minute orders that took us by surprise.I 100% will only go to/use this Fedex location in Atlanta. Even if I’m just buying binder clips, I’m gonna pick it up from this store. And if Shawn leaves for another store, me, my company, and anyone else I can convince in Atlanta are going to follow him wherever he goes. Shawn was extremely helpful and the way that his employees mentioned him made made me feel like he was a great boss.EDITED TO ADD: FedEx, y’all suck for changing the online printing platform. Thanks for being either: 1. Incompetent as heck; 2. Cutting costs at the customers expense; or 3. All of the above. Online printing is extremely difficult now with FedEx. Customization is nearly impossible. Thank goodness for people like Shawn and everyone at this location because I wouldn’t have been able to pull this off without them.EDITED ONE MORE TIME TO ADD: Shoutout to the lady at another downtown Atlanta FedEx who directed me to this one. She told me her store had crazy prices in comparison. I really appreciate her honesty and the fact that her advice led me to this FedEx.

I've been going for yrs and NEVER HAVE I EVER gotten any bad service. Staff has always treated me with respect and my orders have always been on point. Maria is #1 in customer service

Kibui was extremely helpful in my printing needs. Any confusion that I had he cleared it up and gave me the best service. I will most certainly be revisiting this location.

This man wouldn't let me in at 6:55 when all I needed to do was show my ID and pick up a package after I had rushed over in traffic after work. FedEx is the WORST
