I just want to say I spent most of my morning in this FedEx trying to ship a package to Australia. First there was an error made by one of the employees (woman), which is fine, she passed this off to Tim to void the transaction. Tim corrected it, we redid it, he was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout, even with some erroneous information that I had given him- he fixed all of that with no problem and extreme patience. But here’s the kicker. I went all the way back to my office and realized something was wrong on the type of item being shipped. Came back and I knew they would hate me when I walked through the door! Tim was still at the counter, he redid the whole thing (3rd label now), and still super patient. I love this kind of customer service - kudos to Tim! I really appreciate this level of professionalism . Tasha was also very nice and patient. Thank you guys so much!!!

Short wait due to demand, but otherwise good service. Don't wait until closing time if your package has to go out today.

FedEx Deliver was too lazy to look up my name on the Call Box @ Senior Citizen Bldg for Entrance. Failed Delivery Attempt. Sitting here waiting for the Package. Didn't Even Try to Deliver. Atlanta, GA, Northside Drive, cross from Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Customer service is crap, automated system horrible....package was shipped on 4/19 and today is 5/13 it has been. Sitting in the GA center...and it still not delivered. Horrible

Lady chewed on gum the entire time like a cow, never acknowledged me standing there at all. Black lady with long braids. Extremely rude.

I paid to ship a package. I got a receipt. It was delivered on time without incident. The store was clean. The staff was on point and attentive. & It's convenient.
