This is HORRIBLE service. The delivery person keeps putting the package in front of the garage and I almost ran the packages over! I'm going to send them an angry letter.

HORRIBLE!!!! Was late on my package, tracking number didn’t work, wouldn’t leave it on the porch because a signature was required only to leave it at 8:30pm at an apartment complex DOWN THE STREET with no signature…I don’t even know how they are still in business. I am so disgusted with even their customer service. No answers, no resolutions, just I’m sorries.& these companies don’t care. Just want money. Missed 2 days of work due to their incompetence I will never use their services again.

Fed-Ex really I mean really sucks i have paid for overnight delivery for 2 packages and both were costly 1 77.00 and the other 137.00 needless to say the packages did not arrive until 3 days later and when trying to obtain a refund i was told i could possibly get a partial refund WTH never will i use this company ever again i will stick with the post office

My Doctor sent my prescription through Carepoint. Carepoint confirmed a few days later it would arrive through FEDEX with a tracking number. It should've arrived at my home within 72 hours. I started tracking the package and it was on hold. I called 800-463-3339 and expressed my concern. Stephanie, the case manager assured me she would check into it and contact me the next day. I never heard back from Stephanie so I had to call back several times and all of a sudden the FEDEX recording doesn't recognize my tracking number. By the 4th hour I was still calling. One representative placed me on hold then hung up. I called back again and got transferred to David. I explained from start to finish. I pleaded I needed my medication. David said that because the pharmacy did not put the word medication on the package that it was on hold due to Covid 19 and that even though I had to work the next day after that, I would still be responsible for calling back and dealing with Stephanie, the case manager that never called me back on my only day off!! Please be careful with FEDEX!!! They are the worst company I've dealt with. My prescription is $$$ and right now I'm in a panic mode. FEDEX will not help me!

Horrible. They don't stick to their schedule. The shop closed today at 6:30 pm while it is written on their door that they close at 7pm.

Horrible service. Shipping mistyped my address and made my package unable to be delivered. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to receive me package. Instead of them trying to fix their mistake I have to suffer. Never dealing with FedEx again.
