I used this location to ship boxes for a conference in the Hilton. Deanne, the store manager, was such a light and a wonderful help to me. She provided wonderful customer service. While my experience here was brief and routine, Deanne was exemplary. Kudos!

$15 just to receive and keep the parcel. They didn't bother to bring it to the room too. No transparency in the price as well. Hilton did not tell that it is chargeable just to keep it.

They will charge you by weight to ship something even if you have a prepaid FedEx shipping label. The parking is $15 for any amount of time and they don’t validate.

FedEx was paid to deliver to the FedEx office located in the Hilton. I had to pay a $18 service fee to pickup the 2 lbs. Had they delivered it to my room, I would have understood the fee, but they didn't and don't do this. You must wait in line and pay the fee. The items I ordered fit in my purse.

We were in town for the Atlanta market and needed a semi large order processed fast and Chris worked with us and really went above and beyond to ensure our product was accurate and ready to go. I recommend her and this place for anything printing related while you’re in Atlanta.

They were nice. What really bothered me was the lack of transparency around the high price. I came in to print 10 photos at 4x6in, which is standard. I’ve printed post cards before and it’s not more than $2 per card but at FedEx is ended up being DOUBLE the price. I wish the store clerks had seen what I was asking for and given me the cost estimate so that I could research alternatives. Later I learned that Walgreens prints for 10 cents a photo and is far faster. Again, nice people but FedEx felt like a scam after that.

Krissy Helped me with many things throughout the day and every time she was courteous quick and knowledgeable. I’ve been to many hotel fed ex stores and this was one of the best customer experiences.

The staff was excellent. They were slammed with lots of work and they provide excellent service.
