FedEx freight is by far the worst LTL service I have worked with. When you call their customer service number, they tell you wildly different things and have no idea what is going on. I will not be using FedEx freight again for business. Just pick a smaller LTL business to work with and stop dealing with this terrible corporation that doesn't care about their customers.

Visiting FedEx Freight wasn't part of my trip but it became a part of my trip when I realized that I caught a flat tire. The security officer on duty and two of FedEx's employees came to the rescue and replace my flat tire with my spare tire and added air to my spare tire. I thank those gentlemen for the help. I made it to my destination safely. Thanks again.

FedEx left my pictures out in the rain!!! I guess the driver felt like he shouldn’t get wet and go to my front porch, but felt like my pictures needed to be out in the rain. Christmas pictures were ruined!! ?

Tried shipping mattress from SEA-ATL gave size and measurements and weight. They estimated 500ish dollars… now they’re trying to charge me 1,000ish…. After they shipped it and didn’t tell us the final price before they shipped it. Have been put into collection even though I still haven’t received anything from the shipment. They won’t deliver to my house without charging an additional charge of a crazy amount of money. I will never be using fedex again. They are the least helpful people I’ve ever tried to get help from. No one actually helps they just pass you to the next agent “that can help you” and they don’t. It’s an endless cycle.

Slowest fedex on earth. I have been looking at my pallet for a hour and a half on the dock with multiple fork lifts around it and no one will bring it out. But the forklift guy can move trash cans around.... service 0 out of 10

I want to compliment a very kind, thoughtful and friendly FedEx freight truck driver named Troy who does the route in Carrollton, GA. He had 4 pallets to pick up from my work today and went out of his way to help one of our customers lift a 154lbs. training manikin into their vehicle. Every time he has come in he has been extremely nice and greets you with a smile and always has a positive attitude! Great job Troy and keep up the awesome work!
