Fedex should not be in business, especially doing Sam's deliveries!!! They are an incompetent bunch, AND NOBODY WILL TALK TO A CUSTOMER!! THEY ARE TOTALLY SHIELDED FROM CUSTOMERS. I AM HOPING THEY ARE FORCED OUT OF BUSINESS AND SOLD TO AMAZON. 🤯

Got a message package was ready for pickup so left right away to see that they are closed for lunch. Why not put the hours on display especially if you are going to send alert saying it is ready for pick up.

I submitted my print order online, and when I went in to pick them up, they were super nice and helpful. They made sure everything looked good to me and reprinted them for any imperfections. Best in-person customer service I've ever received at any FedEx location!
