Stand by the printer for about 15 minutes not one staff member asked me if I needed anything or even greeted me as I entered. I asked a question about a document I wanted to print, I was told that it was nothing he can do. He didn't even ask well let me take a look let's see if there's another way nothing. I went across the street to the UPS left within 30 seconds with my printed paper. Don't bother going to this location.

Went to this location to pick up my package and Gerald store associate was very rude and unprofessional while talking to me with both hands inside his shirt how disrespectful and sassy. Ask him for help and he was like basically you help your His attitude was deplorable, while the Another colleague allowed him to act the way he did she didn't intervene, he doesn't need to be in the customer service industry job isn't for him

Went in there to submit a return. The lady at the front didn’t even greet me. Acted like I was an inconvenience. Not the best customer service.

So I had a package that needed to be signed by an adult 21 years of age or older delivered there because I knew neither myself or boyfriend would be home in time to sign. Well he gets off before me to try and pick it up and they refused because he was not me. But yet he is obviously old enough and lives at the same address. Ok so please tell me what difference it makes if he signs at home, like he has before for the same package or comes in and signs?

Came in to print something off, as I was standing at the printer entering my information an employee came and did randomly did something to the printer which then shut the printer down. while I was in the middle of using it. She then caught an attitude with me for being upset that she would do that while i was in the middle of using it. attitude is absolutely horrible. she then went into the back and started talking about me to another co-worker as if i couldn’t hear her. This is absolutely unacceptable for a place of business. the attitude of the employee should really be looked into, if this is how she acts with customers.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to express how bad the customer service is here. The staff has attitude for no reason. Completely ignoring you while asking for help. The rudest employee I ever met is the tall bald guy.

The people who serve do not do it well, they treat people badly and do not explain what it is like, they do not give the help that is needed, (the tall, bald person) does not know how to give customer service.

Went there to proms some stuff out and I made a mistake and ended session and the guy got an attitude with me for no reason. Then proceeded to help the next guest. I then decided to pay again to print another sheet which I had to pay for of course. He was a gay balled guy. Maybe he was on his period. Idk

Unfortunately the Sunday staff is not there to help customers. Don’t know why they would open at all. I tried making one copy, and after 10 minutes (with one other customer in the store) I managed to print my sheet. The colors of the copy were blotched and the copy was useless. The lady at the cashier said she couldn’t do anything about it. I left. Never going back on a Sunday.
Mon-Fri are the days to go there!

They have no structure. They help people that came after you before you. The lady that help acted like she had no clue what I was talking about and all I needed was a paper printed. She kept asking where I sent it to . I sent it to the email.
