One associate only. Had an issue with printing blueprints only to discover it was out of paper, which the associate didn’t see. After a half hour in the store and his attitude we got our copies. Never coming back.

Horrible customer service from Tyler and the other employees. Placed an online order for completion at 3pm that day. The receipts and all stated this…no call and the next day it still wasn’t done. They never apologized or stated why. Their attitudes were so rude and I’ll never give that location my business again.

Locked doors in middle of business day with no sign. When got in hours later, waited nearly an hour for help and man kept walking away to talk on phone and assist other agent. Really poor customer service.

I came in today to ship off an international package. Brian was excellent and provided such great customer service. He was the only one working but he kept the line moving seamlessly and he was attentive to detail making sure all of my information on the shipping label was correct before sending it through. Brian made sending off an international package a stress free process!

this is my 2nd time coming here & the staff has been rude both times . i literally try my hardest not to print here but it's close to me . they act like they hate their jobs or somebody is forcing them to be there . the first time i didn't leave a review because it just could've been a bad day but it's the same result this time, just rude & bad attitude . especially from the guy with the mask

They can't be reached by phone and their process is extremely flawed when you need them after you leave the store. They got the address wrong and I have no choice but drive all the way back to simply tell them they messed up and to not charge me for their mistake...

The team working could not have been ruder. Brian was assisting me and he continued to grab things out of my hand, ignore my questions, and when the transaction was done just walked away. I had to ask someone else if there was anything else needed because he refused to respond and went to the back. Avoid this location.

Customer service is horrible. They stand behind the counter and point. I have zero knowledge of how to use the lamination machine. After I continued to ask questions, Brian begrudgingly came over to assist me and ruined what I needed laminated. Yes, I still had to pay. He stated that’s why they are not supposed to help? He’s also extremely rude. I’ve also dropped off packages that were returns from online purchases. They act as if they are doing you a favor in accepting the package and handing you a receipt. UPS is far more customer friendly!

It's the worst company ever. They delivered a shipment, and it was iPhone that cost $ 1300 dollars and they just Handel it to a stranger who fake signed our signatures. Worst office, my package FedEx: 392496662457 stolen because they didn't deliver to me personally spite of its amount was $ 1143 and I was out of state in that date of delivery and I submit all supported documents but unfortunately they denied the claim, they said that the seller must submit the claim and the seller got his money so was careless alsodon't deal with them

The personnel who work at this location are incredibly rude and hostile towards customers. Avoid this location if you can. Someone needs to teach these people a lesson in customer service.

I ordered a package to this FedEx location through the Ikea "Click and Collect" partnership with FedEx. It asked for the name of the person that would collect this package, so I gave the name of the collector. When she got to the location, they refused to give her the package, even though she had an email with her name as the collector and I called in confirming that she was indeed supposed to pick up the package. Our office is in the same building and shares the same address. They would not do anything to help. This took 1.5 hours of wasted time for a $50 Ikea purchase. What a nightmare! I am so disappointed that they didn't even try to accommodate us, considering we are NEIGHBORS!
