Akeem has always been very helpful and there’s another girl who is helpful. However, after today I’ll probably no longer spend money here. I sent two documents to self print but it wasn’t pulling the document up. The guy behind the counter acted like he didn’t want to help me and gave me the price to print behind the counter. It’s not my fault that your copier won’t let me self print but you can bring it up on your end. What should have been done is you honor self printing pricing. Now you have completely inconvenienced me and I’ll never come back here instead of helping a long term customer.

Rude staff. Just needed a receipt for a package. After waiting because their was only one person, the young lady wanted to t ACH me the iPad. I wasn’t interested because I just wanted service quickly. Complete attitude when I said I preferred to get have her get me the receipt.

I was having a difficult time figuring out how to print some poster size photos the way I wanted them. I decided to go to FedEx to see if someone could help me. Akeem was wonderful. He listened to my dilemma, helped me understand some solutions, walked me through the process, and had 17 GORGEOUS posters ready for me less than 24 hours later!!! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you SO MUCH Akeem!!!

Came in today to ask how I could set up for this location to receive a shipment coming from my job. I repeated myself over and over that I didn't need pick-up because my company was sending the package with their own carrier. I just needed to provide my job with the address and pick up the package. I'd pay whatever fee required. 3 employeees (I repeat 3 employees!!) were not be able to tell me if it was possible and how to arrange it through their website. There is an employee there who is very rude(I live in the area and I've come in contact with her several times) and so I asked if I could just correspond with the original person I'd been talking with because it was becoming sensory overload with so many employees not being able to answer or set up with simple request. She refused to remove herself from the conversation after I told her that she was making me uncomfortable. Everytime I come in the store she inserts herself into whatever conversation I'm having with the employeesThe lady is weird.

Dulce was incredibly helpful with a large print order that I was having trouble setting up online. She walked through each file with me to make sure the quality was high, scheduled for early completion to give extra time to review and correct any mistakes, and communicated throughout the process. Much better than other locations I’ve visited in the Atlanta area and worth a drive out of the way.

Scott the assistant manager is RUDE lacks customer service. Rare couple of employees who do value customer service. Shipping I’ve done has always been for another company which is part of my job and this day of all days I got the worst bunch. You stand there holding heavy boxes and apparently they can’t give you the name on a NAMETAG! She was scared he was going to fire her. FedEx gotta step they game up for members.

Search Fedex in the news. This company has used a 3rd party delivery service to make a basic delivery in the Sandy Springs area and ultimately both shipments have failed to be delivered to my address even though the system reports the items have been delivered.. They were never even attempted to be delivered. They were stolen. Don't do business with this company. They spread information to validate their lack of service due to the looming recession. This is a copout for their inability to perform the obvious. The agents in the store always have this pompous, demining attitude which coincides with corporations manipulation by promoting a looming recession. Making excuses for your inability to perform is no excuse to prey on individuals and air an entitlement in the day to day function of duty. Shame on you Fedex, you are living in the house of the problem we have in the our community, our state and our country. Just close and cut your loses already, give another company that is interested in connecting business to consumer some room to do it the right way.

The best location to get things printed in Atlanta/Sandy Springs/Dunwoody!I regularly have large print orders and I have previously tried other printing businesses in the area and was so glad when I found this FedEx location. Other places don't always get it done as quickly and one place I tried, just told me they don't even do print orders, after I came to pickup the order that was confirmed online. So I ended up trying this location thanks to Canva!I was getting postcards printed through Canva, and they offered free pickup from this spot. I chose that and despite the 1-3 day wait time, every single time I order, they print them immediately! Definitely can't always depend on immediate printing, in case they get a large order but so far I have ordered basically weekly from here and ALWAYS gotten my order within a few hours. They are amazing! The staff is always so helpful and nice. I usually speak to 1 of 3 of the same people and every one of them are awesome. They grab the order and show me and im out within 1 minute! HIGHLY recommend this location if you need anything printed! They are helpful, quick and the prints are always quality! Such a reliable location, I will forever get my prints done here!

04/18/23 I waited patiently in line to ask a simple question. The retail clerk would not acknowledge my presence. Before I could say anything when my turn was up, he proceeded to take the older gentleman who came in after me. I’m not sure why he would do that. I hope it wasn’t because I’m a person of color. Otherwise, I quietly left - Disappointing.

Antwain, greeted me as I walked to the counter. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He guided me through the steps I needed to take in order to fulfill my transaction. I am completely pleased with his patience and help. I will definitely return to this location in the future!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Antwon and Jazzmyn for their assistance last week. On June 13th, I had a package that was to be rerouted to this FedEx location. It was dropped off but then subsequently picked up by the next driver. The package went back to Memphis and then back to Atlanta on the 14th. It was required that I have the package for a business event on the 15th. With the store about to close, these two helpful people called the driver and got the package to the store ASAP. Huge help and really a life saver! Thank you!
