They told me I couldn’t ship my package and I needed to put the shipping label inside and they gave me no other options. I left and went to another FedEx that shipped my package with no problem.

Was told by FedEx customer service e that each FedEx store should be able to help you with printing greeting cards the employee at this location who so obviously didn’t want to be bothered let me know their store only accepts online orders and doesn’t help customers in store lol

George was great. My laptop broke and I was overwhelmed by the process, but the staff was very patient and helpful. They deal with a lot so please be kind and give thanks for their work.

My home office printer is broken so I came here to quickly something. Literally should have taken 3 minutes if the machine I was on were working properly. The other one was occupied. I asked for help but was ignored by both staff members on duty. They really need to restaff. Horrible customer service.

I gave the manger the opportunity to fix it now ima make it public. The older black lady with grey and black hair in there is nasty as ever. And she’s loud. She would yell at people that’s making purchases in there. He know which one I’m talking about. Oh and where’s the rest of my money? She swore I would get it.

By far the worst shipping company I’ve ever used and I spend tens of thousands on shipping and receiving packages. Why has my package been in Georgia (metro Atlanta) for 5 days, and everyday it says out for delivery or when I call they give me “promised date” but then gets delayed a day - I just had a 2 package shipment (shipped together) and they delivered one (while both were “out for delivery”) (on the same truck) and then the other package gets delayed? What a joke of a company, then I go up to the office to ask for help and the woman tells me to call THAT same office and ask to talk to customer service…… ???? If I have to call to speak to customer service then what is the point of you working at the front desk for? What a joke. Then the mobile app has made me reset my password because it’s “incorrect” every time I enter it, but I go to change it and it says “cannot be the same as the old password” like what!! Then I just reset it and still won’t let me log in says “incorrect password”. The mobile app says you can “track your delivery truck’s live location” but you can’t do it until it’s “out for delivery” , then once it’s out for delivery the option goes away for you to be able to track your truck. I can understand if you’re an older person shipping your grandchild a birthday gift 3-6 months out; but BUSINESSES, STAY AWAY!!! This is a joke of a corporation.

Thank you Nate! You took passport photos for myself and my husband that were studio class! Also big shout out to your colleague who helped a young man process a return form to an Embassy for his passport. (It was busy and I didn't get this lovely man's name, but I know his father was from Belize.)
A terrific team that maintains great courtesy even when they're super busy.

I tried to use the self-service printing kiosk, but the kiosk wasn't working. The person behind the desk had to print my stuff. I didn't have another choice. Then they charged me a service fee for using the desk instead of kiosk. The amount for the printing at the desk was also higher than what the non-functional self-service kiosk had quoted me (for example, I was quoted 4-something at the kiosk but then 6-something at the desk for the same document). I tried to call customer service, but they can't assist with that. Buyer beware.

Terrible service. I stood there for over 20 minutes with one person starting to help then handed it off. The guy said they do not print things in the morning. It is a few pictures to FedEx. When I said I will go elsewhere I got a snide comment. Trrrible service. I recommend you find a place where customer service is a priority

This is not a trust worthy location, do not ship anything valuable with them, it WILL get “lost”. I made the mistake of trusting them to ship a phone for my son at college and it just magically disappeared and there are no answer, and to make things worse, the young college girl that took my order and printed my shipping label, Didn’t ask me if the contents of the package and she automatically put in there one dollar value!!!! and when I confirm the address, I technically confirm that part too since I didn’t ask which on their part I understand, but on my part, I was never asked. I also shipped the phone to another FedEx office thinking that it was a safer route to go, but it seems like this was some kind of inside job.
They had to switch registers because the register broke. There was a lot going on and in the chaos my stupidity didn’t think to ask, I trusted them either way the phone is gone. It’s lost and I can only do a claim for one dollar for it to make things worse. My son is still at college without a phone (freshman) and as you can understand in this day and age, even a few hours without a phone is impossible, especially when your classes are on the phone, your schedule everything is on the phone either way they really messed us up and I’m just saying the people in there are not trustworthy or just get insurance and make sure you ask don’t do the dumbness that I did by not asking.

I had a wonderful experience today with Carol! I was in a rush (per usual lol) and she was extremely helpful and eager to help me accomplish my tasks. She offered solutions and quickly delivered! Her calm, kind demeanor made me feel at ease. Please let her know that I appreciate her customer service driven mindset and I hope she's there whenever I go back! :)
