The employees in this place are awful. The guy that helped me ship a package could not care less about being there or being helpful. Rough with my belongings and rude throughout the entire process. When asked about prices, he just whipped the screen around (it isn’t made to swivel) and stood there waiting for me to interpret the screen. Awful group of humans who have zero customer service skills. The post office has better employees and that says a lot. Avoid at all costs or go to UPS.

No help, long wait, no rubber bands, charge for all the previous items that used to make FedEx office convenient. Also, when the oversized printer does work which is rare, you now have to prepay an amount greater than what you're spending and then you get refunded later for the amount you did notspend. didsupposedly if you days later with the amount you did not spend.

I give this location 5 stars and then some!! Some of the most obnoxious Buckhead clientele come into this place. People that drive their massive SUVs right up onto the sidewalk to the front entrance to drop off a small package. People that cut in line because they THINK they’re better than staying in a queue. And they handle them with professionalism. The worst of the pseudo rich come here to feel good about themselves. Great location and fantastic staff!!

Worst location in Atlanta. Dropped off a package and they gave it back and said “the barcode isn’t scanning.” I asked why, and he said “I don’t know you’ll have to reprint it.” Didn’t bother to help.I went to another location after and they immediately offered to help me and said it was an easy fix. Avoid this location.

Dropped off an iPhone for apple care service to send back to apple. An employee opened the box and stole the iphone. Resulting in me having to wait for the investigation to get $1,100 back. What kind of FedEx lets their employees get away with that kind of sketchy stuff. Do better at hiring employees and have better security to prevent those things. Ridiculous and inconvenient for no reason.

Associate hostel toward me. She clearly saw me standing there waiting. Not until I was standing next to the counter, would she speak. Was glaring at me with dirty looks while she was speaking. Making copies is not a service we provide. You can do that for yourself. I’d like to send this next day or two day once it’s copied. No, you missed the delivery you can’t send it next day or two day. How can they stay in business when this is the kind of person they are hiring?!?

This is absolutely the worst store to visit. I came here to print two simple pieces of paper and after logging in and getting them ready it cost $5 only to find out their printer wasn't working. It is in the back of the store and you can't see it from the computer workstations. When I went to the counter to see what help I could get a worker named Jonathan told me there's a sign on the printer and it's my fault for not checking. He then said he had other customers to help and ignored me. Only go to this location if you want to get ripped off and treated rudely.

Customer service is beyond terrible. Avoid this place.I paid to print something, but it turned out the printers were down. When I asked for a refund, the employee indicated that it was my fault for not confirming the printers were working beforehand (wha?), then said only managers could give refunds and there wouldn't be any managers working until the following week.I spent the next 2 and half weeks calling and emailing this place just trying to get them to process this $2 refund. They completely ignored email after email after email. I called and spoke to a manager who indicated they'd already done the refund (this was a lie), and that he'd confirm and get back to me asap (also a lie). Finally I sent an email with profanity in it, which turns out to be the secret to getting this place to acknowledge you at all. The manager called to tell me they couldn't figure out how to refund my card (wha?) and that if I wanted a refund I had to drive over in person that very day.Don't go here. For one thing they'll treat you like absolute garbage, and for another their printers are probably down anyway.

Stay away. The people who work at this location lack logic. The staff is clearly uneducated and clueless as to their job. Their printers don’t work and they don’t relay this information to customers… they still charge you and say they don’t know how to do refunds. Avoid going to this location.
