Chris and manager Cindy were incredibly helpful and friendly. I came in with an issue with a previously printed graphic poster board. They took the time to listen and truly understood my vision. They made it right quickly and professionally. Five-star service from an all-star team. I am confident they will continue to shine while helping others!

Fabulous customer experience. The customer service when ordering my yard sign for my daughter's graduation was on point and very clever in helping me create the proper messaging for my daughter. Love this place❤️.

0 out of 5 stars for first trip to the store. Customer service lacking. Failed to complete job request. 2 stars out of 5 for second return to the store because customer service representative was able to complete requested job. However their attitude towards service of the customer was lacking as well. It truly is puzzling that coming to seek professional printing service would bother the FedEx employee tasked with providing expertise and assistance. Plan to avoid this location for further printing needs unless they can match a customer service attitude with the expertise to complete a requested printing job. Witnessed lack of service and anti-customer attitude towards shipping customer when attempting to complete my printing order.

Wasn’t able to ship to a PO Box which I guess is a FedEx policy, so I went to UPS instead and they provide tracking even though it goes through USPS. I think FedEx could benefit by doing something similar. Workers were nice and let me keep the packet even though I wasn’t using their service anymore

I needed to print documents, sign them and then resend them. Taelor was fantastic. She saved me so much time, was knowledgeable, and had such a fun and great attitude. What a pleasure!!

While trying to send a large picture to a friend I was told by the associate that it was “too tedious to build the box needed” and he asked me to come back in 3-4 hours???absolutley unacceptable

Sloan was amazing. She was very helpful and efficient. I had 4 packages to ship and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with one person ahead of me. I highly recommend this location and have always had a good experience at this store.

Deserves a zero star, pathetic experience..Pickup was earlier than published time, and employee lied about it, despite us expressing how important it was that ours go out that day. We asked repeatedly. Employee was vague and deceitful. Packages did not go out until next day and caused us substantial problems.
Could have simply been avoided by employee caring about us as customers and answering honestly. We would have just dropped them somewhere else..pathetic experience..This store does not deserve your business. Go somewhere else.

Worst location in the world due to customer service. If they actually looked for my package I would have saved hours of my life. I literally got a sorry, my bad from Sloan (Nothing personal against her)???.
Literally had to have a customer service manager call the store to have a manager hand me my package after I went to the location twice. I went on Tuesday night but the employee barely looked for it because she was trying to help Eight at once. Fine it was about to close. And I did have another package that at another location so maybe I was confused but I doubt it.
I picked up a package from another FedEx Office (today) that actually does their JOB. He explained how the process works. That location is literally 5 minutes away. So I called customer service, and Rose guaranteed the package was delivered to that location. She called and everything.
So when I got there I explained that but Sloan swore up and down there was no package and stated customer service didn't know or was wrong. She proceeded to act like shed looked for the package and basically stated I would have to play the waiting game and to call the store.
Yeah right so I called customer service would again confirmed it was delivery. But I advised the store said it wasn't there. So I requested a supervisor and the supervisor talk to the only person in the store who knew my package was delivered. I watched the whole thing.
Use another location, company, or service if you want to be treated like a human being.

My friend and I had an entire pickup truck of odd sized electronics that we needed to ship quickly, and got turned down at 2 other locations. When we found Yan at this FedEx, he helped create some custom packaging solutions for us and really saved the day. Legendary customer service - please give this man a bonus!

I had to be "that person" and ended up coming in just a few minutes before closing. Despite this, Janell was kind and awesome and did a great job helping me finish my job. Tommy was kind as well, but Janell totally put a smile on my face! Definitely recommend this location

Wow, I had a wonderful experience at this location today. I needed to urgently send some important documents via fax and Skye helped me, by walking through every step. His kindness helped me get through this experience with ease! Soul grateful for him and will be back to this location if needed!
