I was just in the store and the clerk left me at the counter like I was invisible but made sure she assisted the lady that came in after me. Hire employees that don’t discriminate on people who support the business.

When I attempted to print some documents, the store made a mistake and charged me three times. I spoke with the manager, who assured me that the extra transactions would automatically disappear from my bank account. However, they did not. I had to return to the store, wasting more of my time, only for the manager to tell me again that she would contact customer service. Instead, she simply placed me on hold without connecting me to an actual representative.
Frustrated, I contacted the corporate office to file a complaint. They directed me to call the revenue department. However, when I tried to do so, I learned that speaking to a human representative required having an account number with them — which I did not have.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, marked by miscommunication, inconvenience, and a complete lack of proper customer service. I am extremely frustrated with how the situation was handled.

Dave Chappelle did an episode called Popcopy, on a fictional print store. The frustration the customers felt is how i felt today. Maybe this job is as frustrating as the post office. But, if the business makes a mistake why should the customer feel more frustrated when coming back in to correct a mistake this store made? Condescending attitude. I felt talked down to and that the representative was unwilling to understand me. I was told if there is a mix up again it wont be their fault.
The mistake was: double sided, 3 hole punched, dated copies were upsidedown, backwards, different dated pages were added to other different dated upside down pages.... Most were right...so i needed these 25 redone.
Also, Loud annoying beeping sound on computer.
Front door has wrong times listed for hours next to correct hours. Can be confusing.

J’Nelle provided terribly slow service and lack efficiency. Thankfully John stepped in to assist me so I could get my quick and simple drop off transaction complete.

Terrible customer service. There is always a wait of 30 minutes or more. If someone calls on the phone they help that person and make the people in store wait. Typically only 1 person working.

Xavier was incredibly helpful and took care of a shipment in about 1 min., doing the packing of said item himself after I purchased the box from FedEx!! Top Notch All Around!!! Will be back!

This is the only Fed-Ex location in Tucker. I have been coming for several years. Each experience has been pleasant! Xavier is simply amazing. He handled everything for me and I was free of worries! Needed box and label for shoes. And he was like, “I got everything taken care for you Mrs. Reed.” Splendid customer service.
